Jamie was very accommodating with scheduling a virtual tour. He provided all the information in reference to my questions plus more. Professional!!

First of all, if I could put 0 stars I would; 1 is too generous. These apartments were built super fast and super cheap. Management is sloppy at best and they're quick to threaten fines. For the price, absolutely not worth your money!

Pro: *close to shopping areas. *locked doors, I felt very safe the whole time. *quiet neighborhood *elevator Cons: *Window AC - my apartment was CONSTANTLY hot it didn’t matter how I set my AC. *thin walls - I always heard my neighbors *parking - limited parking. If you came home late you had to search for a parking spot not close to your building. They do offer garages, but that’s an extra $80. *management never responds to you. I had to let my manager know a number of times that I was not resigning before she finally emailed me my papers.

Mick was supper welcoming and helpful during this whole process. He has kept contact and helped us with any questions we had before and after the tour. During the tour he was very good at explaining everything from pricing, the process, what District 42 have to offer, benefits (such as pool, fitness center, community building, etc.), as well as how putting in the application, moving in, and payments would look. I appreciated him explaining things we didn’t know to ask and breaking down everything for us while looking in the apartment. He was very positive and passionate which got us even more excited to move in. I feel District 42 is definitely the place for us.

We have lived here for 6 months and still do not have a door on our bedroom. We have been told it would take 8-10 weeks and it has been 6 months. When contacted about our issue, they basically said "sorry". If I am paying for 3 bedrooms, I would like to have 3 functional bedrooms. I would not recommend living here to anyone. We have also had to make 6 other maintenance requests in the 6 months that we have lived here. VERY unhappy.

Great location! Centrally located, clean, neat and well organized! Very impressed!

I really liked the tour I got it had lots of space and was very beautiful. My guide was very helpful and cool and did a great job of showing me around the place.
