Disney California Adventure Park - Theme park in Anaheim - , USA

Wholesome fun and more fun around every corner. Visiting as two adults, we were able to make the most out of one day. If visiting as a big group or with little ones, you may want to consider at least a couple of days. We dreaded visiting all day in the rain, but that did not damper one of the most happiest places on earth. We opted for the genie+, and it worked well for us, saving time while waiting for rides. The Disney app needs some fine tuning. I was only able to be successful with one of two dining purchases. Some of the links are hard to navigate on the app. The real-time wait times and availability of attractions are very helpful. Visiting on a rainy day also means limited dry areas for dining. Most seating is outside in the elements. There's something for everyone. The rides are pretty smooth and enjoyable. The park is small, clean, and easy to navigate. The cast members are very friendly and helpful. We were able to catch the World of Color show, and I highly recommend booking the virtual que for reserved seating.

I think we had more fun over at California Adventures. It was Lunar New Year so there was a lot going on. The characters were out and about. Even though it was busy the characters each paid special attention to my kids and they loved it. Again the Genie passes are amazing at this park as it let us skip so many lines, definitely recommend.

Really exciting place to visit. Really clean place, lots of places to eat with very tasty flavours. Lots of rides and roller coasters to choose from. Really busy at night. Not to bad in the morning. I would definitely recommend he king this place if your already going to Disneyland. Cast members once again are super friendly besides at the cars ride.

This was our first visit here. We enjoyed the different rides but felt it lacked the "Magic" we felt when visiting Disney World. Cast members acted like Zombies walking around. No one seemed to smile. The rides also seemed to break down often. Overall we enjoyed it when we could get on a working ride.

This is an amazing park. This was my first time here, and I enjoyed it a lot. Guardians of the Galaxy Mission Breakout was my favorite ride. There are some great views and scenic areas to take pictures.

We loved California Adventure with all it Christmas trees and Christmas lights! What we didn't like is waiting 3 hours to board "Cars" and 95 minutes to go on "Guardians of the Galaxy"! I understand the kids are out on vacation and going on Saturday means more folks, park was full. We loved the water show, gorgeous! Next time we will buy the fast pass! We loved the food at Downtown Disney! When we were going to our car, we caught a glimpse of one of Disney cats! We were told by a cast member her name was Daisy and she seemed to be saying good bye to us!

Fantastic experience at both the parks with enough enjoyable rides for anyone going with family . The place has a good vibe, great customer service team and more importantly people looked happy here. I would recommend to book your tickets and plan ahead in advance and if possible buy the genie ticket plan(extra bucks but worth it to avoid long lines at applicable rides and maximize your day through use of their lightning lanes) . Their downtown is pretty nice to hang around and overall has great connection to parking lot as well with periodic trams running until 1 hour after park closure which is mid night. More importantly have fun and enjoy your time there.

Absolutely LOVE Disney California adventure! My family and I usually come here once or twice a year, normally around the holidays for their food. Honestly I've never had a bad experience. It does stay crowded no matter what day of the week you go but I'd think the weekdays would be better than weekends. There's always a bunch of tourists wanting to experience the magic as well. Prices have skyrocketed every year so expect to pay around $200 during peak seasons for a one park ticket. And food, of course, will also be very pricey. But it's Disney - for some it's a once in a lifetime experience so if you're planning a visit here I'd definitely say indulge yourself and have a great time! Lines for rides can be a bit long. My family and I usually go on Sundays so it's quite busy then. But if you download the Disney app ahead of time that gives you an estimate of wait times for rides. You can also order food through the Disney app so you're not waiting in line! It'll give you a notification when your order is ready and you can also pay through the app so it's super convenient. Highly recommend everyone experience Disney California Adventure at least once in their lifetime!
