We just love this place. We always feel like we’re flying first class - the staff is exceptional. We really enjoyed concierges Christina and Michael this trip. They were so wonderful. Housekeeping always made our room gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and so quiet. And also thanks to Zach for the courtesy ride to dinner. Christian at the lobby bar was a delight. The only reason I gave 4 stars for location is because it’s a bit of a trek to get most places, but we love this quieter end of the strip. You have fans for life here!!! See you all again soon.

We booked through Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts and loved using the credits for room service. First, we love Resorts World. It is so beautiful and new, and the food everywhere is amazing. Our room, King room with a strip view was gorgeous and room service was worth every penny. Splurge on the seafood tower. The Casino is bright and airy and the drink service was great too. Be sure to stop by Wally’s and Carver steak. We’re already planning another stay for our anniversary. ❤️

Good hotel which is off the main part of the strip and a bit more quiet. I like that the casino is separated from the hotel itself. The crockfords has a separate checking and is in the upper floors of the building. Makes things very convenient. The Gym is great. Rooms / Suites are very spacious with high ceilings and great views. |You can not open any windows so there is an airflow system that pumps fresh air into the rooms which in my case made a constant noise that I didn’t like. Something that the hotel should change immediately is the phone system in the rooms. Mine wasn’t working so I couldn’t call anyone for room service or anything else after arriving from a 17 hours flight. The technicians were very friendly and helpful and told me that this happened several times with these new type of phones.

1. Room key did not work. I had to repeat trip to lobby from 62F multiple times. Hotel clerk called security guard to open the door. 2. Security guard's master key also did not work. We had to wait maintenance guy in midnight for almost an hour. 3. The maintenance guy forced open the door and I had to wait in the hallway until almost 1AM. 4. The hotel manager gave me a small amount of manager's credit that can use for minibar and restaurant and changed room. 5. After checking out, a few days later, I realized they did not apply manager's credit and my credit card shows unauthorized transaction by this hotel. 6. I called this hotel's customer service and had to wait almost an hour to speak to someone who hate their job. I had to explain everything again. 7. I am leaving one star here but this hotel deserves negative star and should be demoted to 1~2 star hotel. 8. The hotel said sorry but there are no ways to retract transaction. They said the system does not allow it even if they want. I asked them if I call credit card company to charge back and they answered yes. Avoid this shady business at all cost.

From the moment I stepped into Crockfords Vegas, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff here truly understands the essence of hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. The cleanliness of the hotel deserves a special mention. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was impeccably maintained, radiating a sense of freshness and hygiene that is so crucial in today’s times. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was evident and truly appreciated. But what truly stood out was the hotel’s pool area. The pools were not only open but also perfectly warmed, offering a tranquil oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. The water was crystal clear, and the poolside area was well-maintained, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere and open in November with full bar and food service. Overall, my experience at Crockfords Vegas was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of great service, exceptional cleanliness, and the delightful pool experience makes this hotel a top choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Every restaurant we dined in was fantastic, particularly Wally's.

I was left with huge disappointment from my experience staying at the Crockfords and Resorts World overall. I grew up adoring Resorts World in Malaysia and have been a Hilton Diamond loyalist for over 7 years now and when I heard about the partnership and launch of these new hotels in Vegas, I couldn’t be more excited. Fast forward over 2 years later, I can only describe my experience as a confused identity and unsuccessful integration between the two brands. I read mixed reviews before my stay but was still optimistic heading into my stay but sadly can only confirm and echo some of the disappointing remarks.||There were some positives – the hotel looked new and fresh, the food options were diverse and aplenty and it did a good job to show up its Resorts World aesthetics and sensibilities that I’ve come to love in Malaysia and Singapore. Unfortunately, the bad far outweighed the good. I stayed 3 nights in total, the first night at Hilton and the next two at Crockfords. My negative experience started the day I checked out of Hilton before I checked in to Crockfords. When I checked in at Resorts World Hilton, it was made clear to me that premium wi-fi would be complementary for Diamond members and would be taken care of automatically before checking out. However, I noticed that the charge for premium wi-fi was not waived and wanted to talk to the front desk (instead of using the express option). There was a line reserved for Hilton Diamond and Gold which I was looking forward to leverage as I had a lunch appointment but there was nobody there on Friday noon. All the other associates were busy helping the long line and there was no acknowledgement for getting someone to help out. 10-15 minutes later, someone came over to help resolve the issue. Upon proceeding to the Crockfords area, I needed access from an associate but was left with the same issue as before as nobody was able to help out, resulting in another chunk of time wasted. ||Finally upon arriving at Crockfords, my room was not ready and I had requested for an electric water kettle to be placed in the room when I would check in later that night. Fast forward and when I did check in, there was zero follow up. Also, upon checking in that night to receive my keys there was no mention about Hilton Diamond benefits until I mentioned it. The staff do not seem like they were trained well to recognize loyalists compared to all other Hilton properties.||Fast forward to my final check-out from the Crockfords, I am still seeing a wi-fi charge on my bill again and as of time of writing, I am still trying to get this reversed but the hotline was busy and I'm waiting to see if the email approach works. I would have expected this to be ironed out much in advance instead of having members waste time audit and calling in to get these fixed.||My other qualm with the experience was the daily F&B credit for Diamond members. In all other properties I’ve stayed, the daily credit was extremely flexible in terms of what it could be used on (on-site restaurants and in-room dining/snacks) but the one at Resorts World was extremely restrictive to one (Dawg House). I find that a big waste as there are so many other splendid food options on-site. Also, the Dawg House was always packed and almost impossible to get a seat with a quiet ambience. It felt like the property went out of its way to make it as restrictive and hard as possible for loyalists to make use of the daily credit, which was a big shame. The theme here is that this property does not do a good job at making its members feel valued.||The room itself was fine as we received no complimentary upgrades but we did find it odd that it came with hi-tech equipment (JBL speakers, smart mirror, Therabody massage gun) but not an advanced hair dryer as other higher end properties offer.| |Ultimately, if you’re looking for a high end property there are many other options in Vegas and if you’re hoping to reap benefits for being a Hilton loyalist, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere and/or resetting your expectations.

The room was spacious and very nice with a comfortable bed and bedding. The room service was excellent, timely and the food was warm and well prepared. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It’s a wonderful break from the same old crowded loud hotels. This hotel had a luxurious feel without ridiculous prices. Don’t miss the rooftop bar it offers great views, good drinks and a good menu

There is no other hotel I'm staying at except The Crockfords or its sister, The Conrad. Seriously CROCKFORDS is just gorgeous from their check in desk to their rooms, which are absolutely stunning.||I had the most amazing view on the 60th floor. Food was close by and their valet team while busy is very attentive and kind. ||💫,||Patience Noelle
