Costco Food Court - Food court in Visalia - 1405 W Cameron Ave, USA

Called ahead to pick up whole pizza told 35 minutes. Came in shopped paid went to let them know I called in a order 30 mins after call and have waited over an hour

Staff was rude this weekend. They said the order number 12 (ours), and when my GF went to confirm, they said NO 15! She then said, "but you called 12". And the rude lady said oh yea that's 12. Who are these people and why are they so miserable.

I am a long time Costco customer!!!! I Went here today and the staff was so freaking rude I couldn’t believe it! I went to the register and the lady told me to move over as they started helping other customers! I moved over per her request! After standing there for a few minutes with noone acknowledging me, I stepped to the counter and asked if they would be helping me! I was then directed to their kiosk machines which I knew nothing about!!! Very poor customer service! I go to the Costco food court in Kona HI all the time and have had no issues! They are awesome! I guess the Aloha spirit is not at the Visalia food court!!! Sad! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Stay away from the hot turkey sandwich! It was very greasy and was just disappointing

I ordered two pizzas ahead of time and it still took over an hour. I was given a time frame less than an hour when I spoke to the person on the phone. So I shopped around the store wasting time waiting for the pizzas and I bought some milk. then paid for my pizzas and went to pick them up. I was told at 6:33 p.m. , which was about 50 minutes since I called in the order, that they were still waiting for one pizza. I said no problem. Around 6:50 I went to ask again and the girl told me that it was about halfway done. Finally at 7:05 they called my name for my pizzas. I then questioned the girl so now I get one fresh hot pizza and one that's been sitting there for half an hour. She quickly Snapback with o you want me to make you another one? of course I don't want another one because then I have to wait for it again and then let this one get cold. I then told her shouldn't the pizzas come off at the same time especially since I ordered them over an hour ago and she said no not necessarily. I live about 45 minutes away and my milk had to sit there and wait a half an hour for pizzas which I intentionally waited till the end to buy my milk so they would get warm now I've got my milk over an hour without being in the fridge and one fresh hot pizza and one that's not. Not a very happy customer this round. I like Costco I really do but this is not the first bad experience I've had with customer service and I feel that they can really sharp it up on their customer service skills because they really act like they really don't care. Costco seems to be more of just as supply and demand and they know that there's a demand it which then their customer service just really sucks.

Waited for our order Pizza toppings and cheese would fall off a whole The employees didn’t make an effort to make it up for the long wait I love Costco pizza but today was the my worst experience with them. I totally understand it was a Friday afternoon and was extremely busy. Which I was understanding and I knew it was going to take a while. I gave them 30 mins to check in since it’s busy. When I went to check they would say almost done but led to one hour. When they notice it has taken an hour they were scrambling asking people where the pizza were at and finally received them. In these situations you always want to make it up to your customer. They could have offered a drink or something that wouldn’t cost the company much. That would have led me to think that they truly do care for it customers.

Absolutely love the pizza from Costco. The quality, price and size are unbeatable.

Love Costco!!!!!! Turkey provolone sandwiches are the best, you get good deals in almost every department. During Christmas time they offer popcornopolis the best popcorn ever so many different flavors they let u sample and so cheap.gotta go and try
