Coral Beach Resort and Suites - Resort hotel in Myrtle Beach - 1105 S Ocean Blvd, USA

Location has you step out onto the sand. The rooms have great AC and heating, the beds are super comfortable, and there is no outside noise. The water pressure for the shower was the best I have experienced. The front desk were extremely accommodating. The pool was having maintenance performed, but the hot tub had great jets and hot water for a massage! The sunrise and sunsets are a great amenity as well. Absolutely great stay, and we will return!!!

We were super impressed with all this resort had to offer and the service of the staff. I also liked the safety features in place to keep my family protected. We enjoyed it so much we just put an offer on a unit to purchase.

Hotel lobby was nice & clean. Staff was great. However, the room we were giving, ocean view, had an old smell, in need of a major renovation and hours after checking in, a roach was spotted in the kitchen area; on top of the cabinet. We immediately packed up and left. The manager was understanding and immediately refunded our money. I offered to show pics and video and she stated it wasn’t necessary. She informed that they use a third party to exterminate.

Have stayed here twice and been happy both times. We arrived (in January) at almost midnight, and were given a ground floor room. The heater unit was making an annoying noise, so I called the front and they got us switched to a new room immediately (and even better, one with a great view!). Room was clean, bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels. Our room had a small full kitchen with dishes and utensils. Shower was hot and pressure was good. Indoor pool is heated, Starbucks on-site was great. Would stay here again.

Professional staff. Ready to assist. Nice indoor pool. Close to beach. Lots of room facing ocean. Easy access to most part of the city. My family and I had a very wonderful experience. Enjoyed bowling within the same building. Lots of things to enjoy all in one CORAL BEACH RESORT AND SUITES. If you like to visit, I fully recommend this place. We had lots of beautiful memories here. ❤️

Details: We started mid-January for one night (thankfully). Rooms are a very cute set up. Bedroom, kitchen in the middle, then living room area with a pull down bed. The problem is everything is worn, outdated and broken. We had to pry the balcony slider open and the handle fell off. The rooms stunk. The shower didn’t work well. Everything felt dirty. The amenities were even worse. Half of the video games for the kids took money but didn’t work. The motorcycle ride button was split in two. And bowling was $17 per person. EVEN KIDS! What? You expect a family of 4, including a 5 and 7 year old to pay $68 to bowl in a tiny little place at their hotel? I also paid $30 for coffee there for two hot chocolate and two coffees. Nothing specially. Just coffee. Breakfast isn’t included or discounted. There’s a guy that talks your ear off at the door about all the things you can buy tickets for. The indoor playground my kids went into and came right back out because it smelled so bad, and my kids will play in just about anything. This could be a great place but it needs SERIOUS updates and they need to not nickel and dime you for everything.

Everything was great. I love all the amenities on site. However, we paid for something that others enjoyed for free. When it was time for champagne toast, we were told they were out of champagne. Seriously, that was included in our package, so that was extremely disappointing. The 117.00 we spent could've been used for more bowling time. Which was a nice experience . We only received one game each. And additional games we were told were 17.00 pp, but after looking it up online, the price is quoted as 10.00pp. Would've definitely played more games at $10.00pp. The breakfast was very good. Staff in restaurants were very professional, friendly, and outgoing when taking our orders. We ordered a veggie omelet both mornings, and they were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Pancakes were delicious, crispy outside moist inside. The breakfast & bowling package is definitely worth the money. Highly recommend to anyone staying here. The pools were very clean. The hot tubs and Jacuzzis were delightful. Rooms spacious with full kitchen. Loved the Murphy bed in the living room area. Great views of the ocean. There is plenty of enough room for 2 couples.

My husband and I come to Myrtle Beach every year for an event. This year we decided to try another resort bec other place has terrible parking. We had to cut trip short this year so only stayed one night. So, here we go. Parking was excellent. Plenty of spaces in the parking garage. Room was very clean. Loved our room. Had plenty of towels, toilet paper and etc. Bed was so comfortable. Kitchen was perfect. Room and property were very clean. Did not use resorts restaurants or bowling alley. No problems with checking in or out. We will definitely stay here next year for the whole weekend. Price was very good for month of November. I have no complaints other than I wish we could have stayed longer to bowl.
