Portions weren't the biggest but food was decent. I ordered the BBQ trey with coleslaw (wasn't impressed) and onion rings (may have gotten 5 little rings) tasted good though, and a sweet tea. Also a steak burger (hamburger) w/cheese, hushpuppies, coleslaw and sweet tea. Total price 18 something.
They looked at us at the window forever and didn’t care to even take out order forever. Then when she finally did , she was really rude. She definitely didn’t seem like she wanted to help. She was snappy and acted like we were and inconvenience to her. It made me so mad. We waited for 15 minutes for our food and there was no other people there. It was ridiculous. That girl needs to be fired.
I asked for my fries and hush puppies on the side. She acted like she didn't understand what I meant so she repeated my exact words back to me. I said yes, I would like my fries and hushpuppies ON THE SIDE. She continued to take my order with an extreme attitude. After I got my order and drove off I wasn't surprised AT ALL to find my fries and hushpuppies in the same Styrofoam container as my soupy BBQ that was barely a scoop. This was the first time getting food at this location and it will most likely be the last. 👎
We don't have Cook Out in our area so we were happy to see a new location. We were in a large group of mostly first timers that were overwhelmed by all the menu options. The staff was patient and polite the whole time. Our food came VERY quickly for how busy they were. Even though we were initially disappointed the dining room wasn't open it was a great experience. We made the best of the scenery and had a nice little parking lot picnic.
Me and the Grands went to Myrtle Beach and stayed in Conway. The hotel was literally next door. For the 4th of July, we wanted barbecue, and this place had a great sandwich and other items that we enjoyed. They were very quick in getting our food. And the food was great (had some seasonings😉). Great customer service, especially serving children. Will visit again wherever they are located.
Stopped for lunch yesterday, unfortunately dine in was closed for renovations. Ordered through a sliding window on the side of the building, staff member taking the order was great…..he even delivered my lunch to my car. Will definitely go back
I work nights and this is the only place that's open Late So I come here quite often great customer service usually and the food is usually great but tonight the lady that works the window was completely rude has no customer service skills This is the first time I ever seen her whatsoever when She asked me what I wanted on my Burger I told her everything She said what's everything Mean it comes plain I got The Onion rings In the walking taco There was barely any onion rings and barely anything in the walking tacoIs horrible service tonight And the price for a regular meal is about $8 she charged me over $9 usually it s only that much when when you put bacon on it and cheese
Had never been here before. Not bad at all for fast food. It was quick and tasted good. Portions were generous. Prices were actually very reasonable even as far as fast food goes. Drive-thru staff constantly asked us to repeat stuff though, but at least they got everything correct.
