My husband and I traveled to Las Vegas for a quick getaway and decided to stay at the Conrad Resort World property. We checked in Thursday afternoon and was initially pleased with the room and didn’t feel compelled to inspect it upon arrival and we immediately left to explore the strip and returned hours later. Once we returned and prepared for bed my husband noticed stains on the pillow cases which turned out to be dried blood spots. You can only imagine how shocked we were and immediately stripped the bed to examine the linen which was not stained. I stripped the pillow cases and placed towels on the pillows and said I would deal with concern in the morning. The following morning I went straight to the front desk and informed the staff & onsight manager of my findings at which time they offered an apology and advised they would waive one day resort fee as well as put in a request to have housekeeping conduct a thorough cleaning while we were out of the room. We were also offered a $150 resort credit for the inconvenience. We accepted the offer and went about our day but shocked to find once we returned and examined the linen there was still a blood stain on one of the pillow cases. This time I called the front desk and asked for the manager on duty and informed him of the unsanitary findings and questioned what would be done to rectify the problem and I was told since they already waived the one day resort fee and provided me with a resort credit for the previous incident there was nothing else they could offer me. Well, you can only imagine the frustration, anger I felt and emailed the hotel directly and asked that someone in a higher rank be advised for awareness and acceptable resolution aside from housekeeping coming back to provide be linen. |After my email was received I was contacted by a manager who offered an additional resort credit, room switch which I refused because I was checking out the following day. I did request a later check out which was granted but the entire experience has put a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return back to the property in the future.

The only good things about this hotel tell was the two front Desk Agents Angel and Trevor and the rooms were nice. Housekeeping was good as well there were no direct interaction with them but they did service our room everyday. Other than that the front desk was not helpful or kind. Majority of their restaurant were closed permanently, they had few that were open that closed super early. Our keys kept deactivating; we had so many keys it started to get annoying to have to go back to the front desk to get new keys. We could not get to our family rooms due to the elevator not allowing it; which was a big inconvenience due to the fact we were travel with a decent size party. If we had known that we couldn’t get to other floors we would have asked for rooms on the same floor. But front desk didn’t tell use that when we checked in; you think they would seeing we had a multi room reservation. It felt like the hotel had the Hilton name but not run by Hilton standards. Probably won’t stay here again. Also if you’re a gold or a diamond your food and beverage credit only work at a sports bar that doesn’t have many options for food. Also their pools close at 6pm which seems really early for a resort on the Vegas Strip.

This trip was on the whim and spontaneous that we booked our room the same night that we arrived. ||We were here 24 months ago and booked 2 queens, this time we booked 1 king. The rooms are identical and we got the same pool view.||However, last time we received plush robes and disposable slippers. This time we did not get disposable slippers. Glad I always pack a pair with me when I’m out of town.||By being a Gold member we were able to do digital check in and offered $25 food credit each night to dine at Dawg House.||There’s a kiddy pool that goes up to 4ft, the only hot tub is on the opposite side that adults and children could join. An infinity adult pool in the very back. The circular pool is only for cabana and chair rental guests. We were here last time and it felt like your own private pool. The two other main pools are out in the open with no shade.||There’s a bar/snack restaurant called Bites. Their towels are super duper thin and light weight that the wind was blowing it to the ground. You’re talking about a folded towel and the wind knocked it off the seats. They need to invest in better quality towels that actually soak up water. I don’t remember this being the case last time because we were in the cabanas and no wind in the forecast.||You need to use your room key to access the elevator and it’s to your floor only.||The food hall is great and many vendors have rotate out. Plenty of restaurant choices. It’s a great resort, however I’m disappointed in the towels and the disposable slippers.

What I liked about the Conrad was the very clean room with its beautiful view, for which we paid extra, but it was worth it. The service, however, was very poor. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and interestingly, this is the only hotel where they don’t even provide water in the rooms, and we had to purchase water and tea! I believe this lowers the hotel’s standard. When a guest is paying so much to stay here, at least basic services should be provided. Another point is the resort, which was very nice and interesting, but there was an additional charge for it. Overall, I only liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the room with the view of the Strip. But if I travel to Las Vegas again, I won’t choose this hotel.

I stayed here for the second time and it was another good experience. We picked this hotel to see Carrie Underwood, otherwise I would have preferred being in the middle of the strip. The hotel is nice, very clean, rooms were spacious and we enjoyed a complimentary upgrade to a city view. The casino was great, the few meals we ate there were good and the Resort World Theater was a fantastic venue.

Check-in was problem-free. The digital room key didn't work, so I got a normal card. The room was fine. The windows were dirty, but the rest was clean. Since we had to leave a day earlier than planned, I went to reception to ask if we still had to pay the resort fee and parking for the last day. An extremely unfriendly and annoyed employee said yes. On the day of departure, the checkout via app and text message didn't work, so I had to go back to the front desk. Here I had to wait almost 50 minutes!!! until it was my turn and I could check out. So the trip to the airport was very stressful. I'm used to much better hotels in Las Vegas, so I won't be staying here again.

Stayed there before Christmas last year and I was overcharged for multiple transactions. I used express checkout and didn’t get a chance to look at my folio until it’s shown on app weeks later. For example, I received a massage and purchased one facial mask at the Spa. I was billed twice for the facial mask ($55+11). To dispute the charge, I called the hotel about two weeks after receiving the bill. Nothing was done afterwards. I then opened a dispute with American Express, highlighted all disputes in question. The hotel blatantly altered the bill and rejected the dispute. Honestly? I pulled the bill again from Hilton Honors app and it was itemized as original, differently from how Conrad lied and altered the bill. Just how could I use two facial masks for one massage?! I stayed over 30 hotels internationally since then and Conrad Las Vegas is no doubt the worst.
