Always on time for me when I walk in the door. They have everything ready for your procedure. Everything is safely locked up.
The procedure goes smooth your & your done
Very convenient. Lots of off street parking w/lots of handicapped parking. Ground floor, no ramps large automatic doors. You walk in past a large vending machine to a reception window. They will briefly seat you, then call you to 1 of 2 private check-in windows for insurance info. Then you go back to shared immediate medical care waiting area. Never a long wait, they will then call you in & takes labs. Single restroom in waiting area. Nurses are quick, courteous, & friendly.

It's grate there.most of the time you're in &out .faster than the ER .you can ecstatic a great administrating clerk to take down all your information & make it ready for the nurses and doctor be for your are seen .the nurses and doctors are very respectful and caring. & make feel very comfortable.the horseshoe lab great .along with the concord hospitals. My family have been going to both for greater than 25 years.
