All personal was very helpful and nice. Service was excellent.
This place is spotless. For me it’s very important that a hotel or anyplace smells good and clean. The hotel and the room smells good, super clean. The housekeeping was very nice and does a very good job.
Common areas are clean as well.
I booked my room with just some hours before I arrived and I asked for a crib for my baby and they provide one with no charge.
The hotel offers free breakfast, which was good and a lot of variety, eggs, a protein ( sausage/ bacon) oatmeal, cereal, bakery items, waffles that you can make yourself.
It’s very hard to find places that doesn’t have a weird smell or a cigarette smell and this is the place bc smells clean
I come to the area often for doc appointment, entertainment, or for a one night for further trips I will definitely come back here.
I’m so happy I found this place.
Next time I will bring workout clothes they have a small fitness room, they have a outdoor pool, which was obviously close for the season but it’s a big plus for summer days.
I highly recommend it.
Good job to all personal
First the good: the room is excellent! Very clean, very welcoming. We booked the suite due to the shear size of our family, and I was pleasantly surprised by its size, layout, and comfort. ||||Now the bad: We booked our stay through Hotels.com roughly a month in advance. On the day of our arrival we paid the rate plus taxes prior to arriving.||||Upon checking in, I was informed by the lady at the front desk that I needed to pay again. She claimed that she has not received any payment from us yet. I showed her the bank transaction where the payment was made, but she wouldn’t be swayed. Despite informing her multiple times that we have already paid, she insisted that we needed to pay again and that in the morning the first payment would drop off from our account.||||Of all of the traveling that I have done, all of hotels and Bed & Breakfasts that I’ve stayed at, I have never once needed to pay twice for the same room. I will never, ever stay at another Comfort Inn.
Recently stayed for two nights. The hotel was very clean and our room was spotless. Appreciated the small fridge and microwave. Property was quiet and the beds comfortable. Nice outdoor pool, although we did not use it. Staff were very pleasant and check in/out was easy. Breakfast was the typical hotel hot breakfast buffet, but the dining area was again spotless and it was well stocked and staffed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.
Recently booked 2 night stay while we looked at property. The hotel is centrally located to many restaurants and activities. Our room was spotless and we appreciated the small fridge and microwave. Bath was tight but manageable. Staff were pleasant. Nice.morning breakfast included was typical but well stocked and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised and would stay again
Everything about the hotel was great. Location was about 15 minutes from Busch Gardens. Very clean. Bedding comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast variety high. Enough seating. No negatives. Check-in staff fast and friendly.
This was a great hotel! Convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, the Colonial Parkway (to Jamestown & Yorktown), and William & Mary. Also, close to a lot of wonderful restaurants. All of the staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had nice, modern decor. We had a corner room, so it had two windows, which gave us a lot of natural light. The breakfast had bacon, eggs, muffins, donuts, bagels, cereal, and waffles, plus hot water/tea & coffee was always available in the lobby. We got a great rate for the room, which seems to be the norm for this location based on reviews. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Williamsburg! ||My only critique (not even really a complaint) is about the bathroom—it was very small, there were no hooks for hanging hand towels, and the toilet handle was extremely hard to push down. But these were very minor compared with the service & quality we received.
Clean but no hot water for 2 out of 3 days. It is nice for the price but you get what you pay for. Walls are very thin, felt like the people in the bathroom from the next room were showing in our room and hallway noise is not at all muffled.

Their outdoor decor for Christmas was very nice.
We ate Christmas dinner here. We were seated in their event room. They should invest in new tables, the folding table had cross bars on two side that made it rather uncomfortable for two of 4 people. F
The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms had everything we needed and our 3 rooms were put all together which was great for our family. You can't beat the location right across the street from the old town. Loved it.
Although this is an older hotel, it's been well maintained and is clean. Staff were super friendly, and they accept pets so we could have our dog with us. The bus picks up from the Visitor Center, which is at the hotel and we got two complimentary pa
