Stayed here one night on our way to SD. Front desk help is super kind, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, shower was great. Breakfast was pretty basic, but plenty of it. No complaints at all, would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
A couple of weeks ago we stopped at the Comfort Inn Sioux City South on our way to South Dakota! We were impressed by the reception agent who made a point to come out to greet us in the middle of the night and made sure we could park in a well lit, sizable space as we also had a trailer attached to the van. This very pleasant agent's name is SAMANTHA B. Her cheerful and pleasant personality made us feel most welcomed, especially after driving for hours. We were so pleased by the warm reception from Sam, the clean room, and delicious breakfast that 10 days later, on our way back home, we stopped again at the same hotel. Sam once again greeted us in the middle of the night, with a big smile and made us feel like we were coming home. Thank you SAM B for all you do - it is apparent that you Love your job as it shows in everything you do! Comfort Inn is lucky to have you!! THANK YOU!
It was a good experience staying at this Comfort Inn. The motel had professional staff, very friendly and attentive. The motel was clean, nice updated decor, the free breakfast was hot n tasty. We are return visitors to this property. It was quiet and peaceful, we will definitely stay again. Thanks for the positive experience.
Stayed here passing through on vacation. Checked in about midnight and even though it was late Samantha made sure to come check in to make sure everything was good. Service is a huge deal for me so for that alone it's worth 5 stars. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. If I'm ever out this way again I will 100% plan to stay here.
Positive: "" Negative: The hotel staff when we checked in was rude. We had a dog and this hotel was listed as pet friendly. Room was dirty and smelled like mold.
Surprisingly nice rooms (lobby carpet shabby). Updated and appealing room. No elevator was a surprise for getting luggage to 2nd floor. Wonderful beds and pillows. We rested well. Cheerful checkout clerks. Reasonable price.

Room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good. Pool was pretty small, but the continental breakfast was really good (they have waffle makers).
Wow this is a great place to stay. Rooms are big good shower hot water. Beds are just right and you have a pick of your pillow. Close to food and gas.
