Hotel was average. Front desk worker was very nice. Room had a couple of small issues. Nothing that was a deal breaker. Choice app gave me a place for added information. I put that it was my wife’s birthday and I’d like some flowers or something. I guess that was never read. Might would stay again.

Entry to hotel had a very nasty cigarette odor. Check-in was ok. Beds were very firm, too firm to be comfortable. A gas leak was found but the hotel staff did nothing about it. We had to check out for our safety because the gas lines were turned off by a customer then the hotel maintenance turned the gas lines back on. Eventually the fire department was called for everyone’s safety. I noticed an older couple checking in during the gas leak fiasco and the hotel receptionist did not even notify them of the gas leak or the no hot water available since the gas lines were turned off. SHAME ON THIS MANAGER!!

Room so far pretty clean and has plenty of space for me and 3 kids... a tv...the fridge is good and cold the air works good there was plenty of towels and stuff so...all in all pretty good room and bed is comfortable not hard not thin it's soft and thick and the pillows are nice like down pillows...I have enjoyed my stay here..

The front desk lady wasn’t nice at all, she acted as if we were intruding on her time trying to check in. Even made us come back up later in the night to do it, just gave us keys and sent us on our way. The room was the jacuzzi room. The jets didn’t work and neither did the hot water. Less than Luke warm at best. This place was a complete waste of money.

This was my worst hotel experience in years. I planned a 3 night stay . Day 1 mold all around the bath tub. The hotel stinks ver humid and musty. Later that even we find out no hot water and the gas had to be turned off . Day 2 promised water would be fixed that day. I leave for the day with hopes water would be back on : beginning of day 3 I was told the water won’t be fixed until Monday so I ask what are y’all gonna do? Reimburse us or what. Unprofessional person at front desk says no because you already stayed ? Did I have a choice you kept saying it would be fixed. No customer empathy what so ever that we have been taking cold shows for going on day 3 now. I made the decision to just leave and find another hotel. Luckily best western plus around the corner had a room available. This hotel needs to clean the mold and I have pictures … and remove that funky hallway smell. Never again!!! Oh and they can keep my body wash try using it to clean the mold! So disappointed!

I travel frequently for work. This hotel sets a standard for what I expect/want from a hotel stay. The staff is kind and efficient at the desk. They are accommodating and remember my name when I return months later. I greatly appreciate the hospitality at this hotel. I have stayed here several times and will continue to come here with work crews or during personal visits.

This was one of the worst experiences that I have had. Not sure how there are any 5/5 reviews. As soon as I walked in and felt the atmosphere I was uneasy. The lady at the front desk was really sweet, no issues with her. I received my key and on way to the room there was a nasty scent in the hallways. The hallway carpet is filthy. The room had a scent, the bathroom smelled like they were cleaning dogs all day in the tub and didn't disinfect anything. The lamp had visible stains all over it. It was just nasty, the lady at the front was apologetic and she cancelled my stay. Days after the experience my account still has not been refunded. I have had to call twice to see if they could finalize the transaction so that my funds can be returned. They assured me I was not charged, however my account was debited. I am currently now trying to get my funds reversed back to my account and this was initially June 17th.

The hotel was nice, I was able to use points thank goodness. I would have been very displeased if I had paid full price. Bfast was ok, and the rooms were fairly clean. The carpets need a professional cleaning and the rooms will smell better. AC worked fine, and the location is fairly good.
