Multiple staff members here will ask for your order instead of having one person do everything and not get confused. We’ve come to this location multiple times and they always get something wrong, but this particular time, my husband came in and asked for 4 “love it” sizes, one of which would be in a waffle bowl. They put all 4 in paper bowls, and put two of them on the smallest size bowl, and charged for 4 medium size bowls. They even put one of the smaller bowls into a medium size bowl which in why we didn’t notice sooner..

Absolutely amazing ice cream and cakes great for events and birthdays!!!! Customer service always fast and friendly. Owners are always making sure customers are happy also.

The two persons (I believe young ladies, but wouldn't want to offend anyone not identifying as such) were amazing, composed, and fast. The line on a Sunday afternoon was out the door but they didn't flounder, panic, look rushed, or stressed...I applaud the two working today Nov 20, 22 at approx. 1630 hours. I always have a positive experience here, as the employees are helpful, professional, and friendly. Yesterday I came in at noon for two to-go orders and an amazingly awesome person, Jane, was manning the counter. (She was a young Asian woman, so if you spot her, expect great service!) She was incredibly friendly and I got the vibe that she can put anyone at ease. Anyway, she recommended flavors I might like, based on my preferences and cravings, and she was more than happy to do half coffee, half banana for my mother's peanut waffle cone ice cream (the waffle cone was free! I think they made too many waffle cones or something, so I had a few to choose from). She related with me when I said I was still mentally asleep and having trouble talking, and she was a great active listener. It seems she is very naturally skilled with customer service and she just had a great personality, perfect for dealing with lots of people (as is standard with a job like Cold Stone). Essentially, Jane provided the best customer service you can get. Also, the ice cream here is great! It's REAL ice cream, made to taste great, and it's dense, so I always get full really fast (unlike with those giant party tubs at the grocery store). I didn't see gold flakes in the Wonder Woman ice cream flavor like the sign said it would, and I wish there were more fruit flavors, but they cycle those things out and also I don't really care about the WW flavor or the gold flakes.
