Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Panama City Beach - 15640 Panama City Beach Pkwy, USA

I had the classic ribeye (medium well), fries, and broccoli! The ribeye was cooked exactly how I liked, very tender, with a little char. I also had the Strawberry Arnold Palmer, and it was good. Everything was good.

Despicable manager. I waited 30 minutes for 12 wings. I then asked the server to cancel my order. I asked to speak to the manager, because the restaurant was not packed out and I was vexed to be asked to pay for anything. Server comes back and says manager refuses to come see me, because she is busy claiming there is only one cook. I asked the waitress to tell the manager that I didn’t give a damn and I wanted to see them anyway. Manager comes out tells me to get out for being rude to her waitress, which was untrue. The manager clearly cannot staff the place, has no idea how to expedite food orders or to even send someone to check on guests. They should just go ahead and close this place.

Pcb, fl... Max was stellar as our server. The food was fantastic, the on duty manager was very nice. We will be in town for a week and a half, and we WILL be back, and we will certainly ask for Max. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. Oh, and the S.W. eggrolls be on this survey.

The worst service I have ever had. We came in at 9pm on 10/10, an hour before close. After 30 minutes of being seated the manager on duty/server came out and told us “she was the only server, had other things to do, and was not going to take our order.” We were nothing short of polite and had been seated 30 minutes prior with plenty of time to get an order in, eat, and leave before close.

We came here to eat a "quick" bite. They had one waitress for the ENTIRE restaurant. The wait times were absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend coming here at all. The waitress herself was super nice but that's the worst managed Chili's I have ever visited.

Crazy service. Manager/Server or whoever it was on October 10th, 2023 was hands down the rudest server any 9 of us have ever had. If that is the manager of the store then I can see why the rest of the staff looked embarrassed to see her say “I didn’t even want your table, I’ll be back later” After we asked if we could get some waters after waiting 30/45 minutes prior to this interaction. That’s when we decided to head on our way to a restaurant that wanted to serve us.

We've been to many different Chili's locations around the country so it's familiar and we knew what we wanted immediately. Food was generally as expected, but very slow. The staff at the whole place seemed stressed, unhappy and generally unfriendly. I live in the area and totally understand the exhaustion that comes when everything is over run with a huge influx of tourists. It was just very obvious at this location that they were under staffed and we felt like a nuisance. The bathroom was also filthy and smelly.

I normally do not go to Chili's but the kids wanted to go. So we opted for the chili's near the beach since we imagined it to be "nicer" if you will. We go there and we're told it would be a 20 minute wait. Okay no big deal. 30 minutes later I inquired when we would be seated and I could see booths available. While we were waiting we could see how dirty and unkempt the restaurant was. When we were finally seated the booths seat was completely torn the entire length of the seat. After that we just walked out and went to Texas Roadhouse next door, which turned out to be excellent. There was no wait and the restaurant was well maintained. Whoever is the GM is for this Chili's restaurant needs to focus some attention on their establishment. As a local, I do not recommend to anyone.
