There is a reason we keep coming back to the Century. The relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and clean spacious hotel rooms make it a great experience every time. We just got back from playing last night and from the time we checked in until the time we left, every staff member was so kind to us. We spent the majority of our time playing blackjack and the dealers Eric, Brian and Rion and the pit boss Steven made it such a fun experience. I apologize for not giving everyone a shout out by name because everyone was great.

Me and my husband have been been loyal to this casino for years. At first it was fun and enjoyable. We have spent alot of money in this establishment. The standards and payout have declined as well as customer service. Unfortunately, we as a couple will not give a penny to encourage the unfair payouts and disrespect we have received. Save your money, go to VEGAS. Better odds there.we will not be returning to this casino! DETAILS you are asking for, the experience is supposed to be fun and inviting but instead, Its dull, stale air, and whiney staff. If you ask or question staff, you are treated as a thief and made to feel like you owe an explanation for los8ng. Its ridiculous. Odds of winning are even worse. For every 30 pulls on a dollar machine you get 2 dollors back, most of the time you get none back. So very disappointed with service and atmosphere. Will never return and have told all of our friends and family not to go to this establishment.

Casino is fine, and deserves a higher rating. This is for the Mid-City restaurant. Atmosphere and service were good, but it is a monument to corporate cost-cutting idiocy. The "ground beef" was a Trump/Biden promise - unchewable gristle instead of meat. What other corners are being cut that impact safety and nutrition? Will not return to find out...

If it wasn't for the deli and bar this place would fail. The staff is unfriendly most of the time. The place is filthy (makes wild card look clean) and the management are scabs that couldn't make it elsewhere. I would save my money because there are many other safer and nicer options on the mountain.

Nice hotel/casino in the mountains. I especially liked that you had to be over 21 to stay at the hotel, which is a plus! That means no screaming children running in the hallway. (Yes, I'm getting older and cranky and sometimes I just don't want to hear it!) The view we had was nice. The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge and the beds were comfortable. I would go back to this place if given an opportunity.

They have a great Buffalo game most machines booth bottons work that means a lot waitress es you don't have to wait they have a lottery section turn them in buy them a food shack section when the restaurant is closed you can get a little something. They have alot of section floors so you don't feel crowded lots of room bathrooms are clean but they close early. Naomi have fun

Although we didn’t stay at this casino, we decided to eat here since someone recommended a restaurant in here. The staff were friendly, plenty of seating, nice atmosphere, and great food! The grilled cheese and chips were great for mountain altitude food. The prices were fair for food in the mountains also. I would recommend this spot to grab a quick bite of food!

Trying to find somewhere to play with a friend on your only day off of the week? Look further…or better yet anywhere else! We showed up at 10 am to play table games and were told 3 separate times it would be “..twenty minutes, then thirty minutes, and another 30 minutes until we could play.” An hour and a half later, the tape was removed (which we were told meant we could play.) No such luck, as we were then informed told the pit boss was ‘still 45 minutes out.’ Frustrated and very much bothered the time is now 12 pm, and have wasted two hours of our day… when we drove an hour each way to spend our day’s off. We were told ‘this is not a common situation, and then offered literally nothing by management in response to our situation. Great workers, terrible management.
