From out of town and getting in some private training. We found the staff friendly and helpful and one amazing coach.

Pros: Great value for a gym, especially if you get the summer sale annual membership. They have a decent number of machines and squat racks, plus an indoor running track upstairs. It never really gets too crowded and people generally keep to themselves. Cons: I am never able to use the pool because the hours are inconvenient. Unfortunately the free parking lot gets quite chaotic due to the sports tournaments held here and the festivals in the nearby park. Most of the machines are old and there's not enough mirrors.

Their booking for pickleball courts is an absolute joke. They are incompetent in being kind. They tell you to call yet don’t ever tell pick up the phone. Open courts for college night I stayed up til 12am reserving a court yet on their website there’s no place to reserve.

Such a great place to bring your children to go ice skating!

Great place to learn how to swim, ice skate, run or workout. Also outdoor courts for activities suck as tennis and pickleball.

Definitely the best value in Nashville for a fitness center. The staff is always really nice and there is an abundance and variety of equipment. However, in the last year or so, it's gotten a bit run down. A/C hasn't worked all summer and many of the toilets have been out of order for years.

The by far best place I've ever worked out at. I'm looking forward to some swimming and ice skating. Always clean and staff is polite and helpul
