They raised the prices, and the hot tub is shut down for the season. It is still a nice place, but I heard the receptionist quote someone at a lower price than I was paying. Perhaps they were a gold member. One morning, we heard people talking very loudly in the hallway. Actually, one of the employees was leaning against the wall just outside our door, talking to another guest. We told them we could hear them in our room, which one would think perhaps to talk more quietly or move the conversation to another location. A few minutes would not have been an issue. They were still there 40 minutes later when we left to check out. I spoke with the manager, and she looked down the hallway to see them still there and said that she would handle it. I will stay there again as we enjoy going to the casino and the rooms are very nice. I like the frosted glass shower that is the wall to the bedroom. There were very limited outlets close to the bed, so I had to charge my device on the table, which might be an inconvenience for some.

Always a good time when I stay here. Casino is always fun. Usually end up ahead secret is to quit while you are ahead. Staff is always friendly. Our room is always clean and in good working order. Gym is awesome if I was into that. Didn't know that not only is the hot tub heated so is the pool. Have not used the spa but it is there and available. Hoping the Edgewater grill opens back up so don't have to go far for breakfast. The free coffee By the front desk is always fresh and ready in the morning.

Went here while visiting family. Security at door was great allowing my daughter in with expired ID. Only thing bad is they allow smokers and mask 😷 practicing was not forced during this C19 season. Too bad I didn't win, LOL

Casino was good even for NYE. Signs say NO smoking but yah I smelled like a cigarette when I left and ppl were smoking so idk. Was there for NYE 23/24 and the DJ did a poor job counting down...wait....he never did! He said at 5 min...got 5 min to go then nothing. Which i thought was odd for a dj on NYE. Oh well. Do better next year.

The parking is very easy! Very fun place you can spend hours with very little money and the staff is very nice and helpful they are all so eager to answer questions!

Best thing is excellent bartenders and waitresses, need newer games and winning is very rare, machine's are very tight.

Clean, friendly and fun. Passing through, wasn't planning on stopping. Glad I did, but I wouldn't travel there just for the casino...

Went to a Craft/Vender Show. Had never been in that part of Catfish Bend. It is gorgeous. Great experience.
