Caffè NaVona - Italian restaurant in Rockaway - 147 US-46, USA

This place is a must try. I definitely felt under dressed coming in and glad I came in during off peak hours. The staff was very welcoming and did a great job making me feel comfortable. The food here is absolute exquisite. You must try the eggplant fritters and finish the remaining sauce with the bread they offer. I never knew eggplant could be so delicious. I could have ordered three more orders of it. Each order brings four pieces. I also had the she crab soup and the chicken parmigiana over Angel hair. Everything I tried was delicious and very good. You have to come here and try the eggplant fritters they really stole the show!

In the last couple of years I have been here pretty often with group of friends specially for the Holidays. Food, drinks, service atmosphere is always TOP NOTCH!

The food was fantastic. Service was pretty good. Had to wait 20 minutes to track down our server for the bill. The atmosphere was beautiful, although some of the patrons in the restaurant were very loud and used profane language. We were there for our anniversary and did not enjoy the multiple F- Bombs from the two tables near us. Even their desserts were delicious and presented very well.

Everything was wonderful. We went for our anniversary and we will be back. They were great with kids and very friendly. Then we took dessert to go.

Although things were very busy, the service was really incredible! The food was super delicious! The music was definitely very soothing. I highly recommend coming here since the waiters and waitresses make sure everyone at your table has everything they need.

Perfect EVERY Time! We've been going to Caffe NaVona since the summer of 2020. Most times we go when there is not only Caffe NaVona's fabulous food, but also music by friends, esp Grover and Cardon. We have tried many dishes from salads, sandwiches, pizza, to regular dinner menu mainstays and specials. Everything has always been outstanding, so when my husband asked me where I wanted to go for our 20th anniversary, this was the answer. That night we had blood orange manhattans to start, then the special arancini, he had the crab cakes, I had the seared tuna and we shared the key lime pie. Grover was playing, another friend showed up in time for coffee and dessert, and it couldn't have been a better celebration.

Great Restaurant! Manager was Amazing and kind. The staff was so accommodating. I wish I lived closer this would be a regular stop for me. Everything was perfect from the Scotch to the Food to the atmosphere! I can not wait to visit again. Highly recommend for a Great Night Out....

Whenever I dine at Cafe NaVona, I am treated like royalty, greeted by my first name, and immediately attended to with a friendly staff. Marco, the owner, always makes me feel like I am right at home. The cuisine is always beautifully presented and intrigues your palate before you begin eating. The desserts are always delicious. Cafe NaVona is definitely one of my favorite places to dine. I love Marco & his staff! Whenever I have a closing on a home, I celebrate by treating my clients to dinner there!
