Caesars Palace - Resort hotel in Paradise - 3570 S Las Vegas Blvd, USA

Lorena was so helpful and informative and kind with our stay. She took her time to talk to me and was so very kind to my kiddos, even though they were running all over the place. We made it in almost at closing, and she was so friendly and just a very fun person to speak to. She really took her time to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Gave us a ton of water for the room, recommendations on where to eat, and made us belly laugh. My daughter keeps asking me to cut my hair like hers, and I thought it was really funny. Happy I made a new Vegas friend. Also, the room is very pleasant, I really feel like I am staying at a palace. Excellent customer service, no complaints so far.

Mediocre… didn’t expect much from my room since I was on the older side of Caesars. First time staying at Caesars…Hotel room was fine and acceptable no complaints there. My concerns are with the staff, in-check and security. Also, since I drove in parking was a real dud. Check-in, was a disaster, I informed the staffer I needed daily parking, was told it completed… not true. Was late to a reservation because I couldn’t get out and had to return to check-in to sort it out. Paid for $8 upgrade, none available, but still haven’t received my refund. A little petty, but hey $8 is $8. Security is rude and sarcastic, when needing assistance or directions. It’s a large hotel/casino/shopping center, every bit of kindness helps. (3/5)

Spent an evening at Caesars Palace Omnia Nightclub and it's simply an experience you will never forget. Incredible service and club to top them all with the massive main room and balconies with a choreographed multi ring lighting system that puts on a show like you've never seen and will certainly never forget, in addition to all the rest of the lighting, pyrotechnics, fog canons and lasers. The large upper balcony looks over the strip with its own DJ space and lots of seating. Also includes additional rooms for a quieter club experience and other musical and performance experiences. I couldn't recommend this club more and the rest is up to you to find your own experience here but I promise it'll be a talking point for years to come.

Stayed in the Julius tower and it was very similar to a Hampton inn except perhaps the towels weren’t as nice. I think the other towers are nicer. The gym is great and the overall service I thought was just meh. Had to stay there for business and it is a very convenient location on the strip for what I needed to do.

Omg, the buffet is number one! You must experience it for yourself! The best I have ever had. . It's worth every penny spent. The atmosphere is astonishing and there is so much to choose from. Make sure you're hungry and ready to try the great food that is on display.

Obviously and amazing hotel and casino! The room was very clean and had a huge bathroom with a seperate toilet area. We attempted the express check in and it didn't work, so we had to wait in the long check in line. The person who checked us in was super nice. We did get a room upgrade because our room wasn't clean yet. Love the shopping options and people watching. We did enter the forum shops entrance and it was very confusing trying to find the main desk. So I would recommend either asking for directions or entering in the main entrance.

My stay at Caesars Palace was extremely pleasant and exciting. The hotel spared no expense in creating a top-class hotel and casino. It's extremely beautiful, and more so with Christmas decorations that are extravagant, to say the least. The architecture, artwork, and especially statues are breathtaking with their size and history of some items. The restaurants serve high-quality meals as most places in Vegas do, and the atmosphere throughout the property is both appeasing and energetic, from the lobby to the rooms and to the casinos located within. In the future, this will definitely be a hotel of choice for my family and myself.. Thank you, Caesars Palace, for a great stay!

Went for my birthday. First time experience at Ceasars. Loved it. Room was clean, staff was friendly. We ended up upgrading our room because we got there a little early and our room wasn't ready yet. The shops were all amazing. And the Atlantis show and little aquarium was a nice surprise.
