Brommer St., County Park is part of Santa Cruz County Parks. It’s a nice open-space park with everything pretty spread out. They have a playground for the littles, basketball court, tennis courts, picnic areas, reservable picnic areas, pickleball ball courts, baseball and softball field, bbq pits and a nice lawn area, also lots of parking and street parking if needed.
Dig the Only Pickleball Park in Santa Cruz County! 4 dedicated permanent courts and lines for 4 temporary courts. Shared w Basketball court and tennis courts backstop children’s play area covered picnic area and open space with small hills for lounging dog walking. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Stalls have doors, working water faucet. Loads of parking. Remember to look up the hill at 30th and Brommer. Lots of shade trees. Wheelchair accessible. Newcomers beware boorish behavior - fighting, no newcomer court, no signups. Locals only.
Well organized pickleball play with some waiting from 9:30 to noon. Lighter crowds on Monday and Wednesday. Friday very busy with 4 games possible in 90 minutes
When it looks like we have multiple days of clear skies I will get my pickleball paddle and head over there for a game or at least learn the game.
Had such a negative experience playing pickle ball today at Brommer Street. The regulars were rude and condescending. The opposite of an inclusive and fun community. If you want to expand the sport don’t be like them.

There are four pickle ball courts permanently setup on one half of a tennis court area. There is a full tennis court on the other half. The half with a tennis court does have lines for pickle ball nets and has basketball hoops too. There is a jungle gym and a baseball diamond. Overall a very nice park!
Great park with a large field for my dogs! We love to run around the baseball diamond. Great playground and picnic area with real tables and BBQ pit.

Love it. Good hike to this place from Felton entrance. Roughly 3 miles round trip. Paved trail. Can also bike. Last part is uphill because of overlook.
We checked this park out while visiting family. The kids all had tons of fun!! Not sure when they made the playground. Would have loved to have something like this to play on as a kid. At least now it's there for my own children to enjoy.

Itâs gotten a lot smoother since they added pavement although I miss the roughness of the dirt roads. Cows are happy and itâs a beautiful place for a Sunday stroll.

This is a beautiful park space. There's a fountain in the middle, concrete areas and lots of room for setting up yard games or picnics. We came during a food truck party and we're very impressed with the space :)
