Great fun place for kids and the family. Would be 5 stars if they extended your time when it was extremely busy. You buy a 4 hour pass for $40, but can wait more than an hour to bowl and nearly an hour for go karts, and up half an hour for lazer tag. That's more than half your time right there. The food was really good and the bowling was fun (I'm not a bowler I was happy to break 100 and kick the kids butts!)
This place was amazing. Met some friends, and we all had a day of fun with our teenage kids.
There was a 30-minute wait for bowling, and once we were called, the shoe/pay line was so long they gave our lanes away. However, they upgraded our bowling experience to VIP, and the kids were in awe at the private bowling room. It was beautiful and decorated for the holidays.
We ordered pizza and drinks, and our waitress was very attentive to our needs.
We played 2 competitive games and were extremely loud. The staff was very understanding and no one complained about the noise. VIP bowling is the way for us from now on. We will be back!
WOW! My family and I had an incredible time at Boondocks tonight. Huge shoutout to Ivett! She is incredibly kind hearted, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy! This 5 star review is because of her and the great team at boondocks tonight.
Everything was very clean, the food was great and the service was quick and efficient. I highly recommend boondocks for a fun family night out. We will definitely be going back!
I’ve been coming to this Boondocks Parker for several years now and we come a lot. We spend a lot of money here every time. We come generally when my kids have a day off of school which usually equals once a month and we usually spend about $400 on the attraction passes, games, food and drinks. I’m here on a slow Friday today and they have staff around. We went into the restaurant because we were hungry when we arrived and we decided we were going to wait on our attraction passes so that we can eat and not waste the time because they are for four hours only. So we went into the restaurant and then we decided hey let’s eat and bowl at the same time they said that was OK so we proceeded to go out and get attraction passes and a bowling spot. The guy that was at the bowling counter was the one that heard me asking the restaurant if we can eat while we bowl and said yes. Now we’ve been bowling for 40 mins with the service sign on. Nobody has come. All of the lanes around us have food on them. My 10 year old asks the person n the restaurant and they said they aren’t doing lane service on a Friday!! They sure are catering to the VIP suite!! My kids are starving and now we are going to be waiting 3 hours to eat because they don’t want to waste 40-60 minutes at the restaurant eating.
great staff, great waiters and bartenders. one of the nicer locations! we always buy the unlimited passes for a few hours, that way you can do a little bit of everything
We have frequented this location over the years with our kids and decided to host our son's birthday party here recently. When we booked the party online, the website indicated there would be staff making balloon animals at the party. There was not. That is false advertisement. Had we known this would not be provided, we would have planned alternative entertainment during meal time for the kids. After we booked the party, Boondocks lowered their per person rate. Instead of honoring the promotional rate with our party, they assumed we wanted to continue paying the original rate and added extra game play to each person's game card. I spoke with the location manager the day of the party to express my concerns and she indicated an e-mail was sent to confirm whether we wanted the promotional rate or the extra game play. We never received such e-mail. The e-mail itself was not the issue. Boondocks never actually connected with us before the party for us to specify our preference. They also had multiple opportunities the day of the party to ask us, for example when we checked in for the party, but they chose not to. It seems they chose to line their pockets instead. We spent almost $400 with Boondocks on this birthday party and these incidents left the experience very sour. We do not recommend hosting birthday parties at Boondocks and are reconsidering any type of future patronage at this location.
Went on a Sunday morning and it was not crowded. The space was kept very clean and the kids running the attractions were friendly. We had a lot of fun!
I wish the outdoor sanitizers were filled though. Tried 3 different dispensers and they were all empty.
The grounds were well kept. I thought the pricing of "$35 for 3 hours" may not be worth it if you are us who take a long time at the mini golf. But 3 hours is enough for a family who is fast at going through different attractions and when there is no crowd.
We had a lot of fun, took my daughter there to play mini golf and ride go carts and of course the games. And ice cream, very good place to take a child who hasn’t misbehaved, and who’s birthday it is.
