Kyle & Lynn are not only awesome people, they are fantastic teachers that truly care about me. I’ve had such a wonderful experience & look forward to many more. Ive been practicing yoga for 10 plus years at multiple studios and Bikram Yoga of Catonsville is by far my favorite! The studio is always clean and the teachers are very experienced! I’ve learned so much being a member of the studio and would highly recommend!

Clean. Good studio. Nice and hot 🔥... If you want the old school dialogue and breathing this is not the spot for you. If you want to experience various interpretations of how each teacher thinks Bikram yoga should be taught.... This is your spot. I'm a fan of either DEPENDING on the teacher....

This studio - and the Bikram 90 minute yoga class - is for everyone and every body! A great community of yoga teacher &.yoga students easily accessible from DC and Baltimore and anywhere on the MD beltway. See you in the hot room 🔥🔥 2023 UPDATE: The studio offers a weekly pyropilates class (60 minutes) that combines pilates, yoga, and HIIT elements for a fantastic complement to the Bikram 90 min series. I live in MoCo, Maryland and drive to Bikram Yoga Catonsville not only for my 90 minute practice, but also for the community.

UPDATE: 6 years after I posted this review and I can honestly say that I would still give a 5 star rating. The teachers and community are unmatched. We are lucky to have many yoga options in Baltimore, but after 14 years of consistently practicing, this is the studio I choose and will continue to choose to help me safely progress in my practice ❤️ I've known Lynne for a number of years as a teacher through several other Bikram studios in the Baltimore area, and have always enjoyed taking her classes (though she but small, she is mighty!). I learn something new everyday to help with form and technique, but also, always know that she is looking out for my best interests and unique injuries/quirks/needs in any class i take. Needless to say I was excited to learn she and her husband would be opening a studio close to the city. The Catonsville location is conveniently located right off of 695, there is plenty of parking and the studio itself is wonderful. Clean, bright, welcoming, nicely decorated with fun motivational quotes and tons of great retail items for those who like to shop haha. Most importantly though, the hot room is HOT, the teachers are AMAZING, and the community of students that Lynne and Frank are building there is diverse, positive, and just feels good. Whether you've never taken a Bikram class before or you've been going for years, this is a great studio for you.

This is the best Bikram Yoga studio. Why???? Because the instructors pay meticulous attention to your practice and offer safe and helpful corrections in order for you to have a safe practice. They know you and care about you!!! Not to mention the members are some of the kindest people I have ever met.

This yoga studio is for everyone..from the day 1 beginner to the 30 year vets! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, providing a personalized experience for students to ensure alignment and prevent injury. The studio is a friendly and accepting community..newbies are embraced and supported. The practice has banished my neck and back pain..it is simply wonderful..ya gotta try it!
