Big Air Trampoline Park - Amusement park in Charlotte - 2408 Sardis Rd N, USA

Went for a cosmic night and it was rough. It appeared there was enough staff but many not doing anything but playing themselves, sitting around talking. The whole place was quite dirty, bathrooms, lobby, dining area, etc. Many attractions were closed as well which was frustrating, especially when it seemed there were enough staff. We visit a few years ago and it was a very different experience. We probably won't be back.

I recently took the kids I babysat to Big Air, and it was an absolute blast! The trampoline park had a lively atmosphere, and the attractions were a hit with the kids. A special shout-out to Sean, the kitchen manager, who not only ensured the safety of the kids but also went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. Sean's vigilant supervision on the trampolines put my mind at ease, knowing the kids were in good hands. What truly impressed me was Sean's attentiveness to our needs. He personally delivered our food and beverages, adding a level of service that went beyond expectations. It's refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction. Overall, our experience at Big Air was fantastic, thanks in no small part to Sean's excellent management. I highly recommend this trampoline park for a fun and safe outing with the kids. We'll definitely be back!

So disappointed with this place. Let’s stared from manager Anna, very rude and not professional person. This place not organized and run poorly! first, they charge me more then supposed to, Anna called me on the day of the party( when I didn’t have a choice) for new place to book(little low) I would say! Anna was so rude with her attitude, they didn’t let my guests on time and give me a dirty room! I literally had to go and help to clean up! Promised much more food and sweets, a lot of them wasn’t provided! I will never recommend this place!

This place is disgusting. There is trash on the floor, the bathroom had blood on the door and on the cleaning supplies. I'd be afraid to eat here and where the kids jump is equally gross and dirty.

We had my daughter’s track team party here with roughly 45 teen girls & boys. They had the absolute BEST time!! Every single coworker treated them well and engaged with them. I want to give a huge shout out to Maritzza who got them all checked in and then helped serve them pizza & cookies. Kudos to her for her patience! Dexter was absolutely amazing!! As soon as we arrived he got our things set up in the party room. Then he not only refereed several games of dodgeball but actually got in there and participated in a few rounds. It brought a huge smile to not only the kids but also to the adults. I highly recommend you consider Big Air on Sardis for your next event! The secret is to go on a weekday, you will be treated with the utmost respect either way.

Wonderful place to visit with kids. Very clean. Jordan & Max helped my daughter make the visit more memorable. Helped her in reaching heights . And make sure kids are safe and sound. I really appreciate the boys and staff for their great patience towards kids.

They got rid of the foam blocks and replaced with air bags, which is awesome. But the entire place is a sticky, slimy germfest. All due respect to the kids that work there, but there aren't nearly enough employees to make that place run really safely.

its 10:11 and there is a huge line out here for toddler time that starts at 10. no ones picking up the phone. not sure whats up?
