Bennett's Motel - Motel in Sioux City - 5227 Military Rd, USA

The Bennett's are on the top rung of the bottom of the barrel. And actually, they've done quite a bit to improve upon the at-lenth stay rooms. Each room is unique and 1of a kind and depending on what your NEEDS are I feel anyone could be comfortable there. Mostly affordable. Awesome INTERNET connectivity and that alone pretty much makes up for whereever/whatever they might be 'lacking'. Yes. I would definitely recommend.

They really need a to remodel them badly last time I was there probably close to a year or so ago were not looking so good I understand its costly but the city can come in and shut down your business and then what... Set goals, make changes, cut backs, clean out and more cleaning... it'll help doing these things.#1 Thing making your customers and community(people) happy with your service and how you treat them while under your care and how you present yourself!!!

Been staying here for almost 6 months now while we are going to school for truck driving and when we first seen our room we was actually VERY impressed. It was recently remodeled with new carpet and plenty of room for my wife and I. The people who stay here are also very quiet and nice. Never had any problems or seen any ruff raff around here, they do a very job at keeping out all that BS. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone. If my wife and I wasn't about to be over the road after schooling here we would definitely be looking at making this place our home

I moved in due to unsafe living conditions where I was at. I was welcomed with open arms by everyone! I had an issue at Christmas time with something and they fixed it immediately! One day my car wouldn’t start because of the cold and one of the owners jump started my car for me! I don’t know of any landlords that would do that! It is by far THE safest place I’ve ever lived in here! I only moved out because I got my own place. Thank you Molly, Kelly and Shane for the wonderful experience!

The pics speak for themselves.... and yea that's mold on the bed and counterfeit money was found by the mold. Folks are super nice, just not that great. Paid for a week but checked out after two days cause I woke up to a roach on my arm

I have to absolutely agree with my wife!! I have requested since May when I moved in and still hasn’t gotten done and yet when somebody else moved into a place just a few units away from us about a month after I did they requested something to have done oh boy they jumped right on it and we requested a month before the other people moved into there unit and my wife and I we are absolutely extremely not happy with the Bennets at all again they are all absolutely Money Hungry People and if you want something done good luck!! And yes we are both missing somethings outside!! My wife and I we are both absolutely right and the Bennets are absolutely Wrong!!!!

My stay at the Bennett's was exceptional, the staff was welcoming and inviting, made me feel right at home. The owner is a classy guy with great taste, definitely a must stay if you visit.

3/24/16 I am currently staying at Bennetts . here from Louisiana working. My room though it is small I have a full size fridge and 4 burner gas stove with an oven. There is also a microwave. Cabinet space to store groceries and kitchen items. Not all rooms have these amenities. For what I am getting this room priced very well. Wish I could a place like this in every town I work in.
