Bay View Resort Myrtle Beach - Resort hotel in Myrtle Beach - 504 N Ocean Blvd, USA

Quite a good place to relax. I won't say that everything in the hotel is perfect and everything is new, but I seemed to feel comfortable. On the first floor there is a lazy river, a jacuzzi and a small pool, there is also a pool and a jacuzzi outside. Overall, the price-quality ratio. I arrived earlier than the check-in time was supposed to be and didn't have to wait long at all and they checked me in and, moreover, changed my room to a room with a view without any problems. When you check into the hotel, you will receive a starter package in which you can find a million discount coupons for restaurants and entertainment. Polite staff, great view of the ocean. There is a grocery store not far from the hotel, which is convenient. A great place to relax with your family, but my friend and I also had a good time here. There is a Starbucks on the first floor) and that's great.

Room needed upgraded. The furniture and appliances are old and broken down. The shower curtain rod was pulling from the wall and the curtain wouldn't work. The fridge had missing/broken parts and wouldn't close without excessive force to push it closed. The safe would not work, and when I called to request help, no one showed up. The cleaning staff was excellent. Front desk help was very good during registration. The amenities are nice, and appeared clean. I don't think the value for the money spent was worth it. I would not recommend this resort.

Spent a week's vacation at Bay View. The outdoor pool was closed for 2 days with no explanation. The elevator situation was a little tenable when 2 of the 4 were out of service. The room/suite itself was very nice. Clean & spacious. The staff was pleasant. Location was excellent and easily walkable to much of Myrtle Beach. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed staying here for the first time! Was surprised with the multiple indoor and outdoor pools, they are great! The service desk people was very welcoming. The beach is right there! Alittle on the smaller side for the room but the beach view from our room was very pretty! Felt safe and comfortable here! 10/10 would recommend!

This resort is the best resort to stay at. It’s affordable, clean, staff is amazing and friendly, has the best amenities and super close to the beach. Not to mention the amazing beach views. However what I think they should change is the rules about kids in the hot tubs. Trying to set and relax in either hot tub is impossible with kids jumping in and slashing playing like it’s a swimming pool and it’s not!!! not to mention their parents joining in. I think you should fine tune those rules. Hot tubs are not meant for kids anyway. Other than that, loved this resort and will be back!

This is not a hotel for adults only. It’s definitely catered to families. I’ve never experienced children in a hot tub especially in the evening to closing hours. The room was outdated and extremely small not adequate for the price we paid. Bay View was listed first with decent reviews on where to stay in Myrtle Beach. It is also on the quiet end of the Boardwalk which is what I wanted. The Starbucks was certainly a bonus and the staff was definitely friendly and nice throughout the day.

Decent hotel, it's in a good location but the double bed rooms are small. The beds were double full instead of the normal double queen. The parking garage is two roads over. It's not as bed as it may seem, but yes, there are two roads & a hotel between Bay View the garage. The room was clean other then the stain in the ceiling. (old water leak) Room was dated. Only one elevator worked in the parking garage the first two days but both worked my last two days. Two of the indoor pools seemed dirty. Look like people left the beach covered in sand and got in the pools. Would I stay again? I'll pay more for something better.

My daughter, her 2 children, and I spent the night here. The rooms were immaculate and well furnished. The shower was nice and provided shampoo and body wash. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.
