Very nice condo! We love staying here! Central location on the Island. Easy to travel around the island. Walking distance from shops & cruise ships. Dukes is just a 5 minute walk away. Beautiful sunrises! Such a nice an peaceful area!

We loved Banyan Harbor.It made our stay on Kauai much more enjoyable and it felt like home. Walking in to the apartment was very inviting. All the paintings was perfect and the living room furniture made us feel like the good old Hawaii. I loved the light switch covers too.

Thanks for hosted us, it has been one of the greatest experience, we enjoyed our time at your place, the location was perfect and the conditions of the airbnb. We would love to go there again. I recommend to do the clean service for next customers.

I stayed in a privately owned, probably the nicest unit here and through airbnb. It was beautifully redecorated, modern amenities, none of the issues others reported. Convenient location but still definitely need a car. There was massive amount of noise upstairs the first night we arrived but then subsided for the rest of the stay. Didn’t use any common facilities, was there for the natural Kauai beauty!

Room is excellent. Just needed more towels and blanket and after hours security not working.||Otherwise the room was excellent and surrounding was good. It was quiet, and it looks like someone live their also , like long term. I like the room cause we can cook breakfast before we headed out.||||Mahalo for everything.

Banyon Harbor is in a great central location on the island. Even when at full capacity, very quiet. We loved having our reserved parking stall right under our unit. Staff is very kind and accommodating.

Over night stay, great place, convenient location. ||Room was well furnished and comfortable ||Garage parking was little tight for full sized vehicles. ||Bathrooms were clean, well maintained and stocked with supplies

This is a dump. I’m in H94. You have to climb a bunch of stairs, and then more stairs inside. All the carpets and furniture are old, worn and disgusting. There are no dressers to put clothes in, there is only a closet with a few hangers. How are you supposed to unpack? One room is large and the other one is teeny tiny with no windows and a broken fan. There are not enough towel racks in the bathroom just holes in the wall where it used to be. The refrigerator sounds like it’s going to explode. All of the window air conditioners are loud and falling apart and one of the fans in the room with no windows doesn’t work. This is a dump and it’s not worth the expensive rate. It’s far away from the beach too. It’s really loud with people having parties and it’s 1130 at night on a Thursday so apparently, Security doesn’t care and allows it to happen. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed in Hawaii and I live here. I just came to this island to go to a conference at the hotel next-door. I regret not staying at the hotel and if that’s an option for you stay at the hotel not the dump. I can’t believe anyone would give it a good review. Must be bots.
