We just moved here, but we already had a wonderful experience here overall. Chanel is a delightful leasing agent that helped us so much. And Rosalvo is absolutely the best! All our maintenance requests were fixed so quickly and professionally.
Rosalvo is the best maintenance person you could ask for. Always friendly even in passing, works super quickly, knowledgeable about everything in the units, and is great at communicating.
I have been so impressed with Rosalvo's help and maintenance knowledge. He responds almost immediately to "fix it" requests with a smile and great patience. He has a work ethic that others should envy!
Extremely unprofessional and waste of time. Had a tour scheduled. Followed text instructions to call leasing office through call box and no answer for 15 minutes. Also tried calling number on Google page and line disconnects. Don’t waste people’s time and if no one’s going to be there, have the courtesy to let the prospective tenants who scheduled a tour know. Unreliable and gross.
I’ve lived at the AVA Pasadena way before the current owners owned the units. The rents are absolutely outrageous. Long term Tenants like me are not appreciated. At lease renewal I get higher rent rate quote than what is advertised on the website. No matter how well they are trying to maintain it, it is still a 1972 building. The only reason I live here is the location and we’ve been so lucky to have Rosalvo as a head of maintenance. He is amazing. His response time is the shortest I’ve ever seen. He is pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. Recently he went out of his way to change my air filter when I returned home after a major surgery. Also George is amazing keeping the community clean.
Rosalvo has come through again and he quickly resolved my blocked sink problem. He is always readily available and is warm and friendly to everyone. Thanks Rosalvo.
