Ugh.
Service decent.
Food decent.
Graciously, the server brought food to the kids quickly so that there wasn't a revolution and nobody got stabbed in a kidney.
However, my wife and my Entrée took another 45-50 minutes at 5pm on a Thursday.
With nearly nobody there- maybe 25%full.
C'mon man.
The kitchen was either catering to takeaway orders or asleep.
This isn't a Michelin 4 star restaurant- just btlring it out warm in a timely fashion.
Not 45 minutes.
I hate being rough on service workers and servers, but tune this up or get the management fixed.

On Tuesday, after movie went for dinner. Service is good, I felt nachos are little salty.
Our waitress was wonderful! So refreshing to see someone who actually enjoys their job these days. (Or at least fakes it with the best of them)
Went for the unlimited boneless wings with my family. 5 people including myself and the bill came out just over $100 with tip. Can't beat that for a sit down restaurant.
They cut the boneless wings in half which is... whatever. (They were not small enough already?) However, it didn't end up mattering much as we split an appetizer and only did one round of wings each. Kids had a great time and the waitress was welcoming and attentive the entire time.
Would recommendation this Applebee's location 100%.
Finished my day with a lunch where I ordered my usual Cajun baked salmon and my sister ordered her chicken wrap. The young lady who waited on us conversed with us. After finishing and paying my sister and I were still conversing and no one rushed us out of the booth. They gave us our time to get to know one another and for that I was grateful.

I had a delightful visit here today. My waiter, bill, was courteous and friendly and took a real interest of my needs. The food arrived quickly, nice and hot. Not only was it pleasing to the eye, it tasted delicious. On this extremely hot and humid day I was able to relax and take my time in the comfort of the dining room. Temperature was perfect. I can not give enough praise to my waiter, Bill. He provided entertainment in a pleasant way with conversation. I highly recommend concord Applebees. This is my second visit here. If you want a decent meal, DINE IN! Never order takeout from this restaurant. I have had seriously terrible experiences with the take out portion but very lovely experiences dining in. The photo is of a burger that was ordered to go for my daughter. Absolutely ruined our family meal. The manager was kind enough to issue me a refund.
The food was good, but that was the extent of the positives. We had Sophie as our waitress, and we saw her three times over the hour that we were there. The food took almost a half-hour to arrive, and we were freezing.
I asked about the temperature and was told that management wouldn’t let them adjust the thermostat. I seriously haven’t been this cold in a restaurant in years. This place could really be great if they put a bit of effort in.
J'y suis aller lors d'un road trip en moto. Heureusement ils sont ouvert plus tard que les autres aux alentours. Depuis la pandémie, il est difficile de souper après 19hrs ! Et ce n'est pas toujours évident en road trip. La serveuse était très avenante. Nous avons eu un très bon service et la bouffe était très bonne. Rien à redire.
