We stayed the last week in July and had the best time and experience! The condo we had was clean, spacious and updated. The views being right on the beach were spectacular. They had fun activities for kids by the pool although mine is a teenager! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The valet and bell staff went above and beyond any service I could have ever imagined. Going above and beyond what was expected! I want to thank Brett and Cody and the rest of the valet and bell staff for helping out when I had my mom with me and everything else they did for me. I chose this place to stay because of reviews and am so glad I did! We will definitely look to stay here again next year!! Everyone should check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!

I understand that our suite doesn't get cleaned daily on daily basis but coffee and towels are most certainly a daily necessity while traveling. From the exhausted check in process after a flight cancel and driving here 4 hours I would have appreciated a little nicer welcome. Call for clean towels and to have the trash picked up at 8am still not here and it's 9:56am. We would like to get our vacation started and not a clean towel in the room of 6 people mind you only 6 towels to start with.

From arriving to departure everyone was helpful and pleasant! The room was very nice and clean. I was traveling with my daughter and granddaughter and felt safe at the Anderson, which is a big deal these days. My granddaughter and I played miniature golf across the street for free and had a blast. Next trip to Myrtle Beach we will be staying at the Anderson.

We have always loved the Anderson from the location, the rooms & even the parking garage: there used to be security walking around the parking garage but we did not encounter anyone this year but we are always alert of our surroundings. We never went to the pool as they are always crowded and parents don’t seem to want to discipline their kids or just leave them to do what they want while running into ppl in the lazy river or pushing past ppl using the lazy river as intended. The room was on the 6th floor—my fault for not asking for a higher room but the desk person tried to see if she could find something for us on a higher floor which I appreciated. I love the text messaging which makes it so easy to ask for towels, garbage to be removed etc and there was no hesitation to accommodate my requests. We did call the front desk but as others have stated, they are busy and don’t always answer. We had an issue with the dishwasher and safe which were addressed. The dishwasher could not be replaced without the owners permission; that’s when we realized our room was privately owned & I have to say I’m not sure what that ownership looks like but what a shame not to have better accommodation as an owner. The dishwasher was not attached so if you pulled the trays out too far, it tipped over. The safe seemed to have a short but the maintenance person came up and had no issues; I did notice the microwave had the same display issue so must’ve been in the wiring. We had people throwing trash and water from upper balconies which is a shame and were limited when we could sit on the balcony due to the pot smell. Unfortunately this is becoming too common and out of the hotels control. The elevators seem to have a mind of their own with the new code or card requirement to select your room number. Overall we enjoyed the beach and the hotel. Will we go back that’s up in the air, we may try another resort next year.

Gorgeous property!! Great staff! We stayed here years back and loved it! Right on the beach! Perfection! Several pools, lazy river, kids play area! Great for families! We will definitely be staying here again! Kids of all ages will enjoy the spacious property!

The stay was delightful, guest services helped with anything that was wrong. We had a remote missing upon entry to the room, and the coffee pot wasn’t clean. It had grounds still in a filter from the people before but other than that it looked very well kept. Staff was polite and informative, and atmosphere is great whether you’ve are vacationing with a significant other or your family.

Right by the beach which was good. The staff - depends on the day, some were more nicer than others. Typical timeshare kind of resort - it’s nice but you can’t do much if neighbors (upstairs, below, or side) are making noises in the dead of the night. The unit was stocked with full kitchen, washer and dryer. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the downtown pier. The pools were somewhat smaller accounting to the all the guests. We stayed there as part of a timeshare sales package so we had to attend a timeshare presentation. The sales personnel who were assigned to us were nice and not pushy unlike others we have encountered before. Overall, it’s a nice property, although a little old or run down compared to the other Hilton resorts in the area.

My family and I recently stayed here for 3-nights and when we first walked into our room we had to call the front desk to ask for the floors the be cleaned again. Also, we had requested a Pack N Play weeks before our arrival and that became a 4-hour struggle to get upon checking in. In addition, the shower rod was practically broken, causing the water to splash on the bathroom floor and into a wall because the baseboard tile around the tub is broken. Best part of our stay was the spa, which lets face it functions separately from the hotel. Overall, just not a well maintained or well run operation.

Loved the pool, loved the area. Apartment was ok.. but definitely not what we paid for. We paid for a 2 bedroom w balcony. We got a studio on bottom floor. Notified them of the error & showed our receipt and still had to pay more to get the 2 bedroom
