A great Dive shop with lots of knowledge and experience. Jeff, Becky, and Allen have been very helpful in making my return to scuba diving a very good experience. Jeff spent extra time on me with this rental program too. They treated me very well in my progress getting back into the water. They got plenty of great instructors and a great rent to own equipment too. Every time I walk In this dive shop, I learn something. They even tell what I don't wanna hear lol. Worst buying experience I have ever had. First let’s start Where I first came to American Divers in July of 2021. Came to purchase a dive system regulator, BC and Dive watch. I was Interested in their purchase plan which is where you can make payments on your system and use it while doing so which would have been a plus if I would have been able to use my system. Went to the dive shop twice to use it and there was always an issue to where I couldn’t use what I was paying for. Both times I was given rental equipment that was incomplete and or leaking air. One of the times I had to use the local dive shop for something that was missing on the rental system. The second I had to tighten lines that were loose and leaking air. Out of the four times I have gone there neither of the employees or the owner ever know what’s going on with your system. Today April 20, 2021 I went to the shop to pay off and pick up my system. As usual none of the employees knew what was going on. Back in August 2021 my Aqualung dive watch was being sent back to the factory due to a recall. I assume that it came back I was never told if it was or was not. When I went to pick it up today there was no transmitter on the regulator for the watch. When I asked where the transmitter was the girl working there and the two guys in the back had no idea where it was. My question was why wasn’t installed on the regulator right away and with the system as soon as it came back from its recall?? I’m sure it was either robbed to accommodate someone else or they did not check the box when it came in to make sure the transmitter was with the watch. The communication between the employees and owners is highly lacking. On another another note Becky the owner is very quick to let you know when a payment is due. She definitely doesn’t slack on that. Any time I had an encounter with Becky there was lots of attitude and seemed like I was an inconvenience to her. I will say Jeff her husband was very helpful in picking the system I wanted. But there were to many problems after that. Unfortunately I will never use this shop again I will take my business to a shop in Orlando that I have found is very good and caring about your up coming dive and or your system needs. The owners are super nice and knowledgeable when it comes with diving knives. I loved their collection of aquatic jewelry - a lot of which goes back to help the ocean and local ecosystems.

I've done all of my training with ADI. I just finished the Rescue Diver course with Jeff E. I have to say this is the best Scuba training location in the area. All of the instructors are very thorough and professional. The shop has plenty of gear to choose from at great prices and will take the necessary time to ensure you get exactly what you need.. I highly recommend American Divers International for all of your diving needs.

Do not waste a dollar here. The instructors are great and are independently contracted, the shop owners have no care for human life. My fiancé was given faulty equipment on all of her dives. Come here if you want pretentious shop owners and life threatening equipment.
