Had a terrible time for my birthday. My room reservation was not accepted I guess the website glitched. The bar staff is the worst! The girls are very rude. People save machines for people for hours at a time and the overall clientele skews a bit trashy with no manners. This is about my 5th visit I usually spend 2-3k on a trip and in terms of machine choices Montréal is way better casino.

We entered the room and noticed that the bed was filthy and stained. After calling downstairs to the reception, Mysty answered with an attitude, assuring us they would send a housekeeper to change the bed.||The housekeeper arrived at 1:20 am on December 27, providing sheets but not offering to make the bed. We stripped the bed and made it ourselves, realizing that one sheet was missing – the one that goes over the comforter. Calling Mysty again, she argued and refused to send a second flat sheet despite our explanation.||Frustrated, I informed her that I would record the sheets we removed and headed to the front desk. Mysty continued to argue even with video proof, giving us an ultimatum to either see security or leave the hotel. Returning to the room, security was already with my wife. Mysty falsely claimed we had made multiple demands throughout the evening, which was untrue as we only called after noticing the dirty bed at 1:20 am.||Security, understanding the situation, counted the sheets and acknowledged the missing one. They personally brought it back, resolving the issue. It became clear that room 721, not ours (723), had been making multiple requests. Mysty's handling of the situation was disrespectful, causing us to retract our previously positive rating. Despite being a repeat guest, this experience was marred by Mysty's inability to address a simple request professionally. Her actions escalated the situation, involving security unnecessarily. Thankfully, security understood the issue, allowing us to finally sleep at 2:15 am.|| BECAUSE SHE KNOWS BETTER BECAUSE SHE WORKS HERE. She repeated this quite a few times.|

First time staying here and really enjoyed it! Rooms are clean, very very spacious including the bathroom which was very large and equipped with a blow dryer. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi which was very clean and nice. Casino was great too! Bingo was a lot of fun! Starbucks coffee. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

A completely subpar experience across the board. The staff were soulless and grouchy, unmotivated to give great customer service. The food at the two restaurants we tried was bland and beige, on the same level as hospital food. The room was okay, but just try not to look too closely, if you know what I mean. The slot machines literally ate all of our money, without giving us so much as a lousy bonus feature. Oh, and the casino is actually closed from 1am to 9am? It’s absurd, I’ve never heard of such a thing with a casino this scale. If you want a real getaway casino experience, try Turning Stone instead

This place is a great weekend outing if you are looking for some excitement. At my visit to the casino a few weekends ago, I actually won a decent amount, my first major win in my entire life. If you have a little cash to play with and want some night life entertainment, I recommend a ride out to the Akwesasne Casino.

we always have a great time at Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort. the rooms are clean, comfortable, the staff friendly and very helpful. the casino and bingo are the best.|we try to go at least once a month, sometimes more. it's our favorite get away spot.

This is our third stay and it has gotten worse everytime. Our first stay the hot tub was down. This stay and our last stay only one elevator is working. Which is frustrating with 7 floors and unsupervised chidren. There has been a handprint in the elevator for at least a week, so its obvious there is no one cleaning. The pool and hot tub are being overrun by children and guests having pool parties which staff don't seem to mind. There is no breakfast or even complimentary coffee, which wouldn't be that big of a deal if there was a coffee pot in room. There is no microwave either.... you are forced to go to their fake Starbucks.
