How do I get a job at this place?! New ownership has done some miracles and if it only takes 3 for sainthood, I'd really like to meet the owner...
The ceiling tiles have been SEVERELY improved with just a simple fix. The lighting is beyond mood setting and has a pinch of welcoming charm. And the pool tables are currently being refitted and improved. It also looks like there's a nice community involving a potluck, and my experience with the boys this morning only backs up that theory!
But all that is minor, because I'm about to drop an Oppenheimer level bomb...There's a "Last Action Hero" pinball machine. And for some reason, I'm told it's FREE RIGHT NOW. Just a big ol Arnie Schwarzenegger staring at you...daring you...will you play?
Spent 20 mins waiting to be asked what I wanted to drink. Felt uninvited. I kept the tab open to be able to order more drinks to be waiting another 15 minutes and finally just asked to close my tab and went to another bar. There is no grill. It’s the old timer bartender choosing who she wants to serve first.
The new owner javi did a great job with the remodel.. Bartenders are still the best in mesa . Kimmy and jenn are the best .

Great drink prices, great atmosphere and over all Nice local place to grab a drink and chill. they where doing some sort of remodeling last time I was in so cant wait to see how that turns out.
This is one of my favorite bars to go to because they have a daily poker game, no cash to enter and if you win you get money off of your tab. The game is held every day at 7:30pm and 10:30pm. They have two pool tables, a shuffle board, two dart boards, and two stations to play corn hole. The bartenders are all very nice and the crowd isn't rough at all. Ive never tried the food though. One of my favorites.
