Good products and yet atrocious behaviour of the staff. My wife and I were there a short while ago today. We are a senior couple approaching our sixties. Midway through our shopping experience, the two young ladies who were behind the counter started laughing in an obnoxious manner. They were cracking some private joke in their own language which we could not comprehend and they were bent double and hooting in laughter. Every time my wife asked them what was so funny, they laughed even louder. It was an embarassing situation for us and we hurriedly paid the bill and exited the establishment. Even as we were leaving, they were squealing so loudly that we could hear them from across the road. It was obvious that they found something very amusing about us. Very unprofessional behaviour to say the very least.

Obnoxious behaviour of the staff. They kept on laughing loudly and wouldn't answer when asked why. Very insulting.The products may be good but I am not going back there in a hurry. We are tourists and this has left a very negative impression

I like the place and their awesome cakes, cookies, burgers, etc.

Quality is average.Staff behaviour is not pleasent. I had chicken hot dog but served the cold one,has to request of my own to warm that.Not in all Zote backery service is same.In others i have found very good behaviour too.

I love Zote Bakery we literally live opposite to it and are never bored of their pastries,cookies and amazing different cakes. I woould totally recommend it to others.

Overall experience was good but not great, the atmosphere is a bit gloomy, but overall it was good, the cakes were delicious and the designs were also beautiful.
