The hotel was in a good location. Interior of the hotel was good. We checked in after 4 hours of the actual checkin time. One of the rooms wasn't ready. The initial service by the FO staff wasn't welcoming as the FO staff plays a vital role about the impression of the hotel. Pros- good Location Good HK staff Good Behaviour by almost all the staffs.
