Good and very friendly staff. Provided us assistance whenever we needed. Great breakfast and food as well. Susant and Dipun from housekeeping took good care of us and made sure that our stay was tension free.

We came to Bhubaneshwar for first time. We booked lemon tree for our stay in Bhubaneshwar. First of all amazing city to be...Rich in Heritage, culture and architectural monuments. Lemon tree had best of the staffs...Mr. Akshay made our stay homely. He kept us engaged with daily conversations. Everyday he used to ask how was our day, whether we had a comfortable sleep or travel or experience...whenever we used to order food and if by chance it was spicy He used to take care of it...by topping it with hot Jalebis or dessert...he also organized hot cappuccino by pool side.... He is an asset to Lemon tree...Staff at reception also were helpful. Food is amazing, rooms are clean and spacious.... Overall kudos to Team Lemon Tree and its staff for making it memorable stay.

The experience of my stay have been ridiculous. The Manager is unapologetically pathetic of understanding any family situation. This is was my fourth time stay in the hotel and probably it was better before and Horrible front desk team now. If you are travelling with family and kids it's a definite No situation stay at the hotel.

Extremely poor behaviour of front desk staff. They classify their rooms as deluxe rooms where 90% are twin beds & nothing is mentioned while booking. When you ask for a king bed, they say it's subject to availability. They called me up a day before, confirmed by check-in timings, and no mention of a twin bed. Rooms are not prepared properly and there was cigarette smoke smell once you open the door. They said it's a non-smoking room, however they didn't care to check. On approaching the manager, who had already taken update on the situation chose to ignore us and pass by, behaved as if he was doing us a favour by resolving our issues. Entire conversation we had with him was full of sarcasms, taunts, statements like "Not my problem", "We are lemontree, and our service is the best", and the gist from his statements were, "whatever we are giving take it or leave, nothing we can do". However after talking to his manager, problems were sorted and the rest of the stay duration was pleasant. Have good in room dining options and restaurant staff is courteous. Rooms are also good with a good view from the window. Kudos to Smarak (AGM) and Anil from the front desk for sorting out everything for us. Except the front desk experience my overall experience was great but such behaviour with customers, I will not recommend staying here, and this happened when I was travelling with family (Did not name the culprit employees knowingly here)

Worst experience during my brother's marriage which was held here at the banquet halls for two days. They switched off the lights and removed the decor starting at 10pm. We don't have any photos in the wedding album now. Who comes to an evening party at 6pm and leaves at dot 10pm. Too many rules in this hotel. Don't celebrate your family functions here if you want good memories.

Amazing experience at Lemon Tree hotel. I have been here 2 times, once in October 22 and this time in Aug. Loved their service and staff are amazing. Rooms are very clean and tidy with awesome views of the city. The sheets & pillow covers are very clean. And I love the size of their rooms. They have citrus cafe with buffet which has got lot of options. For breakfast, they have live cooking where in you can ask for omelette, dosa etc. Also you can make special requests and they do their best to accommodate. I had to make a special request to cook some dishes for my relative who doesn't eat onion & garlic. The chef himself met me and considered the request without any hesitation. Special call out for Mostafizur who has gone out of the way to provide the best service both the times I visited here. I am definitely going to stay here again if/when visiting Bhubneshwar.

Loved the food at the citrus cafe. Their hari mirch paneer tikka was an absolute treat (super fresh and soft cottage cheese). The pizza was good too. Loved the ambience (its pool side)
