Thalassery Zook City Center, though smaller than some other malls, offers a convenient and pleasant shopping experience. The ample parking space is a notable advantage. The inclusion of a renowned eye hospital adds a unique feature to the mall, catering to health needs. Despite a limited number of shops, it covers essential categories including a supermarket, dress shops, fancy and baby stores. The presence of popular beauty parlors like Bas, Eclips Family Salon, and Rose Bridal Makeup Studio enhances its appeal. Notably, La Abella Cake and Cafe emerge as a favorite, providing a delightful culinary addition. Overall, it's a well-rounded destination with a variety of services and shops.
I think that its the first shopping mall in Thalassery! Built by 'M C Lakshmanan' (Architect and contractor ; of most of the tall buildings in TLY ) I still remember that day of inauguration by Anil Kapoor and Meera Jasmine as a small kid.

Just a shopping complex, missing brand showrooms ,basic availabilitys
It's an ok ok kind of city center. Since its opposite to hospital the main stores available are kids and baby products. When compared to other city centres it does not have food courts or fancy gaming area butbit does have a hypermarket, few dress store a hotel, saloon, beauty parlor and few other stores.
