It was a wonderful experience shoppping here a new year gift. Even though it was not my first time here, this time i am extra satisfied and i will be recommending this store to my friends and family for sure. The collection is so amazing that i even canceled my online order and took the product here itslef. It will be a big flaw on my side, if i don't mention the staff's attitude was so pleasing and corporating and i must give them a 5 star rating for customer satisfaction. Store is good, collection is nice and new. If you looking for genuine titan products, no doubt you can walk in here and get the deal done.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different types of glasses and lenses available and provided me with excellent advice on which ones would be best suited for my needs. Not only was Rasha knowledgeable, but she was also incredibly friendly and approachable. She made me feel comfortable and welcome in the store, taking the time to answer all of my questions and concerns in a patient and understanding manner. Titan Eyeplus itself was clean and well-organized, with a wide range of frames and lenses to choose from. The staff was courteous and professional, and I felt confident in their ability to provide me with the best possible service. Overall, I would highly recommend this optical shop to anyone in need of glasses or lenses. Rasha is a true gem and an asset to the store, and I am grateful for her help and expertise.
