Zongri Bakery and Cafe - Coffee shop in Gangtok - East District, India

If you are in Gangtok simply don't miss visiting this amazing cafe which is located on Tibet Road near the M G Road. The cafe got an amazing cosy vibe, and the ambience was too refreshing. After discussing so much with the staff I ordered a cappuccino and chocolate tart. The service was too quick as within the next five minutes after placing the order the cappuccino was on my table. The cappuccino was good but the chocolate tart was too amazing, I mean it was one of the best chocolate tarts I had in recent times. I also had a discussion with the staff regarding the culture and food of Sikkim. Overall it was an outstanding experience dining at this cute cafe. Their chocolate tart is highly recommended.

I have visited Zongri Bakery & Cafe a couple of times. It has an open airy ambiance. They have books, games like tic-tac-toe & comfortable couches to relax in. The service is quick. The selection of baked goods is decent. I would highly recommend the Baked Cheesecake!

It was delightful. The cafe was clean, airy and spacious. The staff was polite and welcoming. The food was delicious and fresh and didn't take to long to arrive. Brownie points for presentation as well. The bakery goods were especially marvellous. Would go back again if only for that. They have a good selection of drinks and beverages too. Though a tad on the higher side, its still better than most cafes n town with poor service and exorbitant prices. The only downside is that that you have to walk uphill from MG Marg for 5 to 10 mins!

All food were awesome but Chiken Parmigiana and cheesecake were the best of all. Very happy to visit here . The location of the cafe is the best where you can enjoy the food with the view of the snowy mountains.

The food and atmosphere here are very good. Hot chocolate is recommended during winter. Also their Nut Muffin is good.

I don't know what cows the good folks of zongri are milking but that cream was crazy. I've never tasted fresher, more delectable cream than that anywhere and it makes everything taste so much better. The other items were just as good. Baking game strong guys. Please keep it up.

There was a band and the vibe is fun, however, this is not a local chain, and there are way better cafes. The brownie was tasteless and I was accused of stealing a puzzle by staff even though I bought one and had receipt. These puzzles are sold all over Gangtok and they didn't sell the design I had so they aren't aware of their products.

Double burger is SO big! Delicious! And flat white is perfect.
