Staff guidance is so bad, we visited store on 7th September 2023 at night but as there was only one staff available and was busy with other customers we understood her situation and left as we didnt want to trouble the staff and again we visited today i. E on 11 September 2023 at morning around 11 am because we didn't want to be in any kind of rush while choosing the items, we came to store and was shopping for night wear and as we couldn't get our required sizes we asked the staff to search for them if they hold the sizes that we need but a staff named sudha was so rude she asked us to make it fast and leave as she wanted to set the store these were the exact words that ms sudha told us. We felt so bad we asked her again whether she wanted us to leave, she said nothing then we some how billed whatever we needed and came out of store, will never ever visit zivame Sahakara nagar store again. Very bad attitude of staff, some of the staff were least bothered when customer entered the store she was so much involved in her phone she didn't even saw the customers walking inside.

Sudha attended me very well with lot of patience. She ensured that the product will fit into and got good discount as well. Trust worth and Preferred store for ladies. Has a very good sales executive

I had selected one dress to buy, at the billing this lady asked me to pick up "anything" complementary with my purchase, she didn't tell me any range but I specifically asked her, then she said within 1000/- so I picked up 2 packs of underwear and thought I'll just need to pay a little extra for the exceeding amount instead she by herself went n choose a set of night wear and said one pack is free with my dress and other pack with the sleepwear And she added a cleanser saying it's free and after billing says 134/- for taxes. My bill had pricing for all the items!!! Unprofessional and fraud behavior. Shame on her. I left the store feeling cheated.

Today had visited the store to buy 2sports bra and GOT CHEATED PAID EXTRA 2000 FOR ITEM I NEVER WANTED. Girl called Sudha (billing girl)says you will get a free track pant and then a complimentary night suit along with the bra purchased.Then while billing she said mam the free will be displayed in the bill break ups.And when i saw the MRP in the tag and final bill amount i was ok and she said you will have to pay extra 195only for the free items.Later I saw there was discount in the bras i bought and instead of giving the discount she added other item saying its free and complimentary and when i asked for refund she tells me you should have said no you don't want free items.,and said you want refund and she gives a credit points and says within 3months you can use it and buy from any of our outlets..i was forced to buy and wasted my hard earned money.Called manager Kajal who was of no use. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE VERY DISAPPOINTED

Zivame has garnered a huge following because of the product offerings, but that was only initially. Honestly, this visit to the store was disappointing to say the least. The fitting and fabric they have now is very poor quality. I couldn't find anything worthwhile to buy. Secondly, they are understaffed. The store manager and her assistant were really struggling to keep up with the walk-ins. We had to wait a long time for our turn to be assisted. We just helped ourselves! There were some discounts going on but my purchase didn't fit in the criteria! All in all not a very good experience, I am not going there again.

the experience and the behaviour of the staff was very good. Staff called Deepika was very helpful, patiently listened to what i needed and didnt try to desperately sell stuff to me. she understood what i needed and helped me with all my questions on fittings and size. Thank you for such a wonderful service.

Horrible staff. They were busy in phone and didn't even try to attend customers. They just answer when questions asked and not even interested in guiding us. Lazy people . Worst experience

Beautiful experience! Love the way Ms. Geethu talks and communicates with the customers. Ms. Deepika is way too good in helping the customers make the right choice. They make you feel comfortable and do not force anything on the customer. I recommend this place 100%.
