I have been purchasing zivame products from online stores and this time I purchased from the store mantri square. The billing Manager is really the worst person I have ever seen. She hurried us to buy things by saying the offer of buy 6 get 5. And some shape ware for offer There were no offer forced us to take things and later in urgency put the wrong size and no tag and billed us 12000rs. When we went for return she will show her worst face. Simply she will tell the offer and cheating the customer Please take necessary action

I have been purchasing zivame products from online stores and i liked them. However this time I purchased from the store. The billing Manager is really the worst person I have ever seen. She hurried us to buy things faster by saying the offer of buy 6 get 5. There were no much collection but still she forced us to take similar kinda things and later in urgency put the wrong size and billed us 9500rsAs per her explanation 6 bra costed us 9500 and remaining were free.but in that 9500 she has included gst of that 5 free product which she never mentioned to us anywhere. She literally rushed us off. Again I had to visit for an exchange and next time since she had not removed that magnetic thing on it. I really got a bad impression on zivame as a whole since I had been a very regular customer. I hope necessary action is taken so that customers are not scammed like this. Additionally she was suggesting that online store quality of zivame is not that good. So buy in here. So i really hate the billing person for the circus she did with us . Hence I will not visit the outlet again..

Recently i visited mantri mall zivame store. Customer services was excellent . I had visited with my mom (she only know malayalam) the floor manager,the person who assisted me was very kind and helping . Eventhough she was not familiar with her language but both were communicating very well and choosing the right lingerie. I appreciate the effort she made. Thanks for the great service by all the staffs. Definitely visit again in next vacation.
