Horrible experience.. they sold a used product and when we asked for exchange, the staff who working there responded rudely they dint even ready to hear the issue. I asked for owner number but the lady who is working there said that she doesn't know who the owner is.

Beware of this store! Worst customer service! The lady was very pushy and didn't even let me and my daughter discuss about the purchase. Same experience as the review below, we didn't choose the item and she had charged extra Rs. 500 and sold us the used product. The lady didn't provide us with the bill either. Fraudsters.

Very bad customer service. The representative tries to fool customers by selling them costlier products having less offers , even though there are cost effective products with more offers. When I tried to exchange a product she made me visit multiple times saying manager will come n inspect the product that is to be exchanged but later ended up exchanging it for costlier product by confusing us.

One of the finest shops I have visited for lingerie shopping in terms of both the hospitality, and the variety available. Yashoda, at the shop was extremely helpful, in guiding me and made me feel comfortable. She also gave me additional offers, and free goodies! What else can one ask for. The stereotype attached with shopping for lingerie being uncomfortable, is definitely removed once you visit this outlet! :)
