Such a worst experience. I visited the store for the first time and they are misguiding the customers by saying unnecessary offers to purchase more products and talking improperly in an insulting way. Zivame should take action against these kind of employees Please clearly put the board outside the door that single item purchase is not allowed in your particular store, the issue which I faced after wasting all my time in selecting. I went to another zivame store in GSM Mall and I got the single team with discount applied. Very surprising that this store and staff has different rules.

They are telling wrong sale offer and prices more on product better to buy online

Absolutely loved shopping in this store, the store has a wide array of collection . The staff is very receiving , polite and patient. Especially Narmada , she helps her customers pick right sizes and comfortable and best lingerie for them . It's a Wonderful experience overall.

The branch manager, Priya was soo helpful. She assisted me with whatever I have asked for and also she had some personal suggestions. I personally liked all of them. She almost mingled and conversed like my sister. I'm glad. Thank you Zivame.
