Local GuideI am always a gym person but didn't step into yoga. Due to work stress, I want to have some mind relaxation and joined yoga for 1 month to give a try. Not only mind relaxation, I have observed change in my daily routine also. Along with physical workout, the trainers guide mind relaxation techniques too. Local GuideThe best decision I took in my life is to join Bodhi Yoga! I am the laziest person and thinking food control is enough to maintain health. But started facing neck and shoulder problems due to IT work & lack of workout. I tried Ayurveda, physiotherapy, but only getting temporary relief. So finally in search of permanent solution found this studio with good reviews. These are not paid reviews. Here you learn Yoga (exercises, pranayama) through fun. Body gets flexible and mind gets relaxed. I and my wife just joined a week back and could perceive the difference. Able to handle our daily activities with ease. We will get new friends also, since these guys organize outing to resort occasionally. Pavan sir is knowledgeable and helpful and this studio follows systematic daily syllabus to cover entire body exercises. I strongly recommend Bodhi Yoga to everyone who wants to avoid doctor in your life.

This is a best yoga fitness studio in Madinaguda. Past 1 year I am going to classes and I feel very relaxed. Trainers teach yoga/meditation classes nicely. I definitely refer this yoga fitness studio as a best choice to become a healthy person in your life.

I have joined bodhi yoga recently. it helped me to adapt healthy life style. There are many yoga centers available but bodhi yoga is different and teachers are very dedicated. It helped me to reduce weight, improve my stamina to do regular house hold work too. Thank alot to Pavan sir.His dedication is really appreciable the entire 1 hour session he designs and utilizes very effectively. He teaches asana names as well trains us with proper position along with proper breathing mechanism. Really appreciate his hard work. Pavan sir is the best teacher in bodhi yoga.

Hi all I am here to share my happiness about my experience I ever had . Recently I met with an accident in March which had totally made to go into dipression , then my friend suggested me to join bodhi than the real thing happened. The trainers there helped me to recover from depression and also made me to recover from my pains and body weakness which was caused during accident , which doctors failed to clear . The trainers there made me to become to a normal person . Trainers rambabu sir and Shiva sir had good knowledge and we'll trained and will treat us as a family member .so I refer to visit here to solve your problems . Joined 6 months back and I Can say this is wonderful experience .Trainers are well trained ,check our health issues,explain each exercise with patience. Environment is friendly and you yourself get comfortable after 1 or 2 sessions Pranayanam is also part of every day so you get your energy back .activities or games makes your weekend special If you want wonderful yoga experience this is the right place .
