I had a great experience while shopping at Zivame in nexus mall, Kormangala. Sangeetha was very patient and took her time in taking the measurement and suggesting the products.
It's been a month I hv not received my refund amount. No senior management is taking the responsibility to look into the customer complaint. And customer support executive has one single answer to reply to keep customer wait for 24 hours. Pathetic and worst service ever seen.Despite of customer chasing the company for and refund update,they keep asking customer to wait for 13 hours everyday.Unsure of the management really works on customer satisfaction???

Small store with limited stock. At peak evening hour, the sales girl was happy enough to spend time with me a crossdresser, asking me for my bra size, and then disagreeing with my size. She was bold enough to measure my underbust and over the breast measurement and correct my bra sizing . Never made me feel uncomfortable despite having 4 or 5 female customers in the small store. So it was my bad luck that the store didn't have the new size

I dont knwo what was hwr Name but my first time visit to Zivame store in Forum mall was absolute hell. The lady never came near me or asked me what i want. She was busily checking her stuffs which is her job too .. Wen askes for a products she never had any interest to answer and gave one answer like no stock .. I never wanted to go for a brand in future with this sales girls irritating behaviour .. I will never recommend anyone too especially not in forum mall
