Excellent stay. Service and customer care is to the top. Rooms are clean and neat. Room size s bit small (compact rooms) and no window. Otherwise it's good. Restaurant and food was good. Even though there were some hickups all those will vanish with service they offer 24*7
I strongly recommend this hotel, have stayed here for a night. Ambience drew our attention, the room was spacious enough to accommodate two adults and a kid. The bathroom was well maintained. Food is tasty and the staff responds quickly to customers. The booking procedure was quite easy, hotel resides 6 to 7kms away from NH.
Comfortable rooms. Spent a night to get some sleep after a long journey. I would say 5/5 for a bigger, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Service was good, very cooperative staff members. Breakfast food had a decent spread.
Situated in busy area. Well lit rooms, comfortable, value for money. The spread for breakfast was very good, though had to settle for sandwiches and cut fruits as they have common kitchen (sabarimalai yatra, so satvik foods only). Highly recommend for stay.

Super business class hotel. Good for any kind of travelers. Smaller but Outstandingly designed rooms, clean and decorated. Super quality food but not costlier. Gym is good. And gud parking area.
Giving 1 stars as they lacked basic customer service. Booked room for 3 days. First 2 days were fine. When I came to my room after sightseeing at 10.40 pm on the last night my room is open with ac fully running. Somebody had put a price tag in place of key card. After reporting the incident none of them came to see the room and ask our concerns. It was an uncomfortable night. They didn't try to offer any solutions and asked only sorry the next morning. I paid the full bill amount next morning and left (I hoped They would think of the customer atleast during check out, alas nothing of such sort happened). Need training in basic customer service and handling
Stayed for a night with family. Comfortable and clean rooms. The restaurant was great, and chef Udayakumar took great care to personalize the food to our requirements. Overall, a good choice if you'll need a room in Salem.
