This the best gym in Koramangala , very spacious two floors . I have been working out in this gym for five years with my wife . All certified trainers - I have got the best results here and it's very safe gym especially for girls.
They collect clients like litter and give away more membership than their floors can handle. Hygiene is absolute zero. No regular and immediate cleaning of seats or mats like in most other gyms. Especially after covid. And owner is very rude.
Gym is amazing, trainers are friendly with clients and good environment.. Every hygienic gym. Very good Facilities and lot of options to work out and good training by Praveen Sir.. I gained a good weight and Muscle strength in just 3 months by his general training. Good space to workout for cardio and activity area like floor exercise.
Awesome.. such a good place to reach your health target. Trainers are too supportive. I have my own experience in this gym, I took personal training from Mr. Praveen Shilton (trainer) and he made me loose 12 kilos in 1st month itself. I personally recommend to join this gym if you really want to be fitness freek.

Nice gym. The best part is it is spreaded in 2 floors. 1st floor is cardio and 2 nd floor includes weight section and arobic section. But the washrooms are very dirty. No proper locker facility. Less equipments. Trainers are of no use literally apart from showing off. Not worth of the money u pay

Big gym for affordable price. But old equipments and careless trainers will give a bad feeling. They just don't care if you are alive once you get a membership. Will get a call only for payment renewal.
