The best gym in the locality. The personal trainers all are really great. Proper diet plan and proper training is given by the trainers. I am here from past 2 years. The best part was that they have enough space to accommodate people and also there are offers which are going on. I could see that I had a bit of the body transformation in this time. The gym includes all equipment. There is proper surface sanitization after anyone uses it. Also, this includes all facilities a decent gym should have.. In fact more than that too. The peak hours are from 5-9pm in the evening. Try to go a bit early around 4-5:30pm if you want to be the first to use the equipment. The gym owner is decent too, he would consider all your situations and suggest you accordingly what can be done. So in conclusion, the gym is worth opting for if you are serious about your fitness.

I'll be very honest - the way they maintained and equipped their gym with all the facilities, well classed trainers, apparatus, cleanliness, staffs and of course ambience is commendable. Being a beginner, I opt for a personal trainer (Pradeep) and for me he's next level, always pushes my limits, encourages to be fit and make me realized that being fit should not be an option, it should be a choice. Pradeep is quite disciplined and regular which makes me feel committed too towards my workout. Zero 3 fitness center is very good place to workout they have really good equipment and machines...and place is well organized as well. Highly recommended the Zero 3 fitness center. Abhimanyu is a very good trainer to get you started with training and teaching correct form of various exercises and pushing to limits and He understands our requirements and recommends exercises accordingly. One of the best Gym in the locality! The gym is equipped with best facilities and the trainers are qualified and very helpful. My experience have been really good so far. The floor is quite spacious and does not feel crowded at all. My trainer Pramesh is a certified sports trainer and knows about sports fitness really well. I joined the gym after an ACL surgery, my recovery till date has been exceptional. Highly recommend Zero 3 fit factory...
