Everything about th satay at awesome. It was clean room with excellent service. Food quality was outstanding. Hospitallity of Narayan jee (Kitchen manager), Abhi ( The service boy) was worth appreciable. Mr. Manoj ( The property owner) is also gem kind of person with nice serving attribute. Overall it was a fabulous place with value of money. Loved it & highly recommended..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zen Oak Cottage with my family, and I can confidently say that it exceeded our expectations in every way. Tucked away in a tranquil setting, this charming retreat offers an idyllic escape from the bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view of the majestic Himalayan range. Waking up to such a mesmerizing sight was truly a treat for the senses. The cottage's location amidst nature provided a sense of serenity that is hard to find elsewhere. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming demeanor of the owner, Mr. Manoji, immediately put us at ease. His genuine kindness and humble nature made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The staff at Zen Oak Cottage were equally exceptional, providing attentive service while maintaining a respectful distance, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the peaceful surroundings. One of the most delightful aspects of Zen Oak Cottage was waking up to the melodious symphony of birdsong. The gentle chimes that accompanied the chorus added a touch of magic to our mornings, creating a serene atmosphere that set the tone for the rest of the day. It was a lovely experience staying at Zenoaks, much better than expected. Manoj and his team were very meticulous in taking care of us and meeting all our needs. They made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Manoj also turned out be a great host and it was great chatting and hearing local stories from him at dinner time. The property has a waterfall nearby which can be reached by a small trek starting just behind the property.

The place is really beautiful and peaceful! The host Manoj bhai is very kind and intellectual person. They made our stay very much comfortable ! The memorable trip. It's like a homely feel. Manoj bhai and people around there are really kind and they made sure that we get all the needful things. The place was literally quite and awesome!

The best place for stay till date for me. It is a stay among nature, within forests, away from the monotonous hustle bustle life. We took a 8 bedded room with 4 bunk beds. The rooms were neat, clean well maintained. The owner of this property is also very much co operative and helpful. I recommend this place to each and everyone who visits Almora.

Absolutely loved it! I stayed for three nights in this beautiful property in the lap of nature. Had excellent views, especially of the night sky during the full moon night. The property is run by Manoj bhai and his family who are extremely nice, wonderful hosts. The stay was very comfortable and everything was well taken care of. I would love to revisit or maybe volunteer for their plantation drive in the coming months or later in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay or a physical and mental reset away from the crowd in nature.

This location and is definitely the hidden gem in Binsar. For the ones searching for peace and serenity, Zen Oaks should be the go to place. The staff is super friendly and the owner (Manoj bhai) is a gem of person with so many of adventurous tales. In-house cooked food is yum and you must try the pahadi cuisine. Must recommendation for both weekend and a log staycation.

I really love this place. Its in the forest. Super peaceful. You really see that everything is made with love. The host is super nice and helpful and also the food is really good. If i could, i would stay here longer.
