Zega - Pan-Asian restaurant in Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Zega can be easily located it's just beside main road,high tech city Hyderabad. Ambience It has a wonderful atmosphere and a spectacular view, and tables are placed according to the number of guests. Staff The personnel is really competent and well-trained. They look to be polite and friendly, and they have excellent service abilities. Food It's a terrific vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurant with a wide range of cuisines and chefs who are highly experienced and produce dishes to suit the tastes of their guests.

Tarsh & Payal assisted us really good, their service was par excellence. Food tasted incredibly good, every dish was churned perfectly and the flavours were delectably infused. All the dim-sums were served piping hot and tasted soo good that we repeated every dim sum. Shrimp Sushi and the prawn tempura had balanced flavours with the right texture. Thai curry chicken & jasmine rice was scrumptious. Loved the food and their service team, visiting more often. Suggestion- please get the menu printed in a bigger font and dim the lighting.

DO NOT order desserts here.. while the vegetarian sushi was quite decent and Pho was kinda close to actual pho, the Japanese fried rice was not upto the mark and the silken tofu passion fruit cheesecake was a joke!! They served a plain cheesecake (no trace of silken tofu or passion fruit) and when asked, they tried to convince us its passion fruit and later tried to defend themselves that it was sent by mistake..and was someone else's order. They asked if we'd be okay with blueberry cheesecake.. if you don't have an item on the menu, why can't you simply say so and recommend something else at the time of order ? And they send a similar cheesecake with some syrup poured on top after 15-20mins.. and that's not even blueberry!! And the dessert chef shows up every time and keeps smiling repeating that it's blueberry. He offered that we can even come and watch him prepare I said I was happy to order again and see him prepare.. ofcourse he had his excuses! There was no point getting through to him. I've never had a harder cheesecake or seen a harder silken tofu in desserts in my life but you can get it all here in Zega, Sheraton. I can expect this in a few other paces but in Sheraton too? Very shocking! Forget about cheesecake, at least teach your staff how to be honest and communicate better.

It's newly opened one, We love the interior design of the restaurant. A very calm and peaceful vibe you will get. Friendly and polite staff. Food tastes good as you expect. Garnishing get you impressed. Chef Benjamin, was so friendly and was asking if we want any dish to get customised a our wish based on our taste. He asked us to try special dish of the day which we enjoyed even more. You find more non-veg options in comparison to veg. At the end, we were given a box of four chocolates

This is a brilliant restaurant and whether you're looking for a formal meal during a special occasion, or a more relaxing experience at the bar, it suits every occasion perfectly. With the menu geared around Asian food but also with some more local dishes there's a good range and the amount of 'small dishes' are great if you're wanting to share amongst a group. There's a decent mix of seating options and even on the stools at the bar gives a good dining experience. The staff are all professional and efficient with the service of both drinks and food being fast. The quality of the food is exceptional, with the perfect levels of spice on the hot dishes and full flavours across the board. Portion sizes are also brilliant with the side dish of roasted corn being a particular favourite of mine. Supply of drink options was a little hit and miss at times with not everything being in stock but the staff were good at recommending alternative options which met taste preferences. The atmosphere is great with good music and lighting, the decor brilliant and overall it was one of my favourite spots in the city. Highly recommended!

I was looking forward to an authentic Pad Thai, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations in terms of authenticity. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that the staff wasn't fully aware of the ingredients or the specific flavors of the dish. It's essential for a restaurant of this caliber to ensure both food authenticity and staff knowledge are on point. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.

Food is average. The quantity is too low compared to other 4, 5 star restaurants. Service is very slow but the staff is helping and friendly. Great ambience and city look from terrace. Had the worst phad thai in my life. You can also find the smallest sushi here which is very sad for a standard of hotels like sheraton.

It's okay. Compared to the price the quantity offered for some dishes (specifically dumpling/dim sums) is low (4 pieces per serving). Rest the taste of the food is okay, drinks are average. Ambience is nice, service needs improvement.
