The Lounge Bar - Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli - Lounge in Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

This is the former Ista hotel taken over by Hyatt couple of years back. Went to meet a friend over coffee. Ambience is good but that's all about it. The service is extremely slow. Unless you call someone to take your order, no one would even bother checking with you. You can in fact get in, sit and have meeting and come out without even anyone bothered. Coffee wasn't anything special. Just a regular coffee with a 5 star price tag. Had to remind twice to get the bill as we were getting late. Need to improve on service big time.

The ambience was phenomenal, but the taste of burger and cold coffee was just average. Come there to have a wonderful ambient experience and have something cheap to just walk out without the bad name of not taking anything.

Nice place to have a drink and conversations. Not crowded.
