The name lives up to the hype, Zam Zam Calicut and Trivandrum both have served me delicious food many times. They have a lot of variety non veg and veg cuisines. They are known for the non veg items, the food quality and taste has always been maintained. They provide friendly customer service who are ready to help us around the time.

I recently dined at Zam Zam Restaurant Number 3 in Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram. Located in a row of Zam Zam restaurants, it took some time to find the right one. The restaurant was incredibly crowded and congested, lacking in hygiene standards. We had a substantial wait for a seat, adding to the chaotic atmosphere. Once seated, we experienced some delays in receiving our food after placing our orders. The customer service was strained due to the busy environment, and it took a while for the staff to attend to us. Although they tried their best to manage, it was noticeable that some customers didn't feel completely satisfied. However, what truly makes Zam Zam Restaurant Number 3 worth a visit is the fantastic taste of their food. Despite the shortcomings in ambiance and service, the flavors of their dishes were outstanding. Every bite was a burst of deliciousness that made up for the less than ideal dining experience. The effort put into the preparation of the food was evident, and it left a lasting impression. If you have the patience to navigate the crowded and bustling environment, Zam Zam Restaurant Number 3 is worth a visit for its tasty offerings. Just be prepared for a wait and some compromises in terms of customer service and overall comfort.

One of my favorite restaurants in the city; the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. However, cleanliness could be improved, particularly in the toilets and hand washing areas where the availability of hand washing liquids and hand towels needs attention. Additionally, the waiting time for beverages should be reduced, as a simple lime juice order took over 15 minutes to arrive.

It's great that the restaurant offers affordable combos, but the chicken lollipop experience was very disappointing. The fact that it was hard and not tasty is a letdown. However, it's positive that they didn't charge for the unsatisfactory dish, showing good customer service.

Good place to have non veg items. All the food ordered were good in quality and yummy. Reasonable price. There was little bit of waiting time as the seating capacity is less.

I tried alfam mandi and it was so good. I definitely recommend zam zam for non veg items. But it's always pretty busy, we have to wait some time to get seats.

This is the best non-veg dishes I had during my recent visit to Trivandrum. We had mandi rice with al faham chicken and porotta with beef roast. Food was really good and fully satisfied with the taste. Restaurant was little busy and managed to get seat after few minutes. Worthy for money and time. Service was not upto the mark.
